Rated 2,0 out of 5,0 by My Executive room wasn't. I booked what was listed as an executive room with 2 beds. When I got to the room, it had 2 double beds, and a 30" square table with 2 dining room side chairs and one electrical outlet. I called downstairs, thinking there had been a mistake. No, she said, that is an executive room. I mentioned the tiny table, no desk or work chair, and asked what made it an executive room. The answer: "it has 2 beds." Really? I'm not kidding, that was all I got. I thought oh well, it's just one night.. When I checked in, the only recognition of Platinum status was the comment " because you are Platinum, you will get 500 bonus points". That's the first time I wasn't offered the option. A small point, perhaps, but usually front desk staff are more enthusiastic and friendly when recognizing Platinum members. And the room surely wasn't an upgrade. On the 2nd floor, I could hear people get up and walk around in the room upstairs. I will say the same front desk clerk was helpful later with restaurant recommendations. But none of the staff seemed particularly happy, although all seemed efficient. For a vacation traveler, the hotel may be just fine. Especially if you get a room overlooking the pool. Business travelers, not so much. 7. September 2014
Rated 2,0 out of 5,0 by Staff is great, but the property was dirty. The staff were very professional, but not enough to make me want to stay again. There were roaches outside our room, on the balcony. The room was close to the pool where screaming kids were playing all night long. The breakfast area was always dirty and not enough seating. When we arrived there was vomit in the parking lot that never got cleaned up. There was one universal remote for the gaming system and tech support had to be called every time the kids wanted to use the Playstation. Not a good first experience. 4. September 2014

I would like to mention two name with their supervisor that made me welcomed and gave grate service and smiles  Charlene, Gaby and their supervisor Luis. Check in and out was very simple and easy. I also want to point that breakfast was good quality and verity of food. Thank all! 3. September 2014

Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by GREAT STAFF What made this stay so great was indeed the staff. It started with Gracie the next morning when we had breakfast it was the best breakfast we ever had in any Hotel and Gracie made it that much more enjoyable. Then there was my favorite customer service person of all time and over the years I have hired my share and that's Gabby, she went above and beyond she is great. Vivian was also great. Now I know why the staff was so great because they had the best Mgr. and Asst Mgr. Training and helping them along that was Luis and Lupe. Thank you all so much R Hart 17. August 2014

Rated 3,0 out of 5,0 by Not the Best The evening desk clerk was not friendly. Upon arrival a woman was being put into a squad car. There is not a drive up easy transport of luggage, we had to go around and when we did the sprinklers came on flooding the side walk we had to pass through. I had to return to the car to put the parking pass on the dash. I didn't hear her say that - it was only after getting to the room ready to rest that I saw the slip of paper that said "Parking Pass" so I had to return to the car and I was exhausted by then. To top it off the bed was old and not comfortable and the door was extremely heavy and difficult to open every time - I suppose that's good if there's a fire but not so good for me, and I'm a fairly strong woman. I will say that the morning staff was much friendlier and the breakfast was fine. 6. August 2014
