A bit hard to find, but excellent appearance, more of an apartment complex than a hotel. Staff were extremely courteous and professional from cleaning to front desk. Would definitely recommend this hotel when staying in San Dimas.

Everything was in working order and clean. The only complaint I had was the price, but I believe it was consistent with other hotels in the area for the same time of the year.

Good place to stay for a business trip. The room and facility was clean and well maintained. Good internet service. The only challenge is low light levels in the room but this is typical of almost any hotel room.

Very clean, staff is fantastic....I stay here several days a month. It is a great home away from home. I would highly recommend to anyone needing hotel in the San Dimas area.

Stayed here for a week on a corporate account. Returned to my room during the middle of the day to pick up something I forgot. My room is sitting wide open. Bed was stripped and towels gone so it was obviously the housekeeping staff, but there was no housekeeper or cart anywhere to be found. Makes one wonder how many hours the door had been sitting wide open for anyone to wander in there. At least my belonging were still there. Maybe I just got lucky that I didn't get ripped off this time??? Upon checkout at 5am, the clerk refused to provide a receipt. This prompted making a special trip later in the morning to see the manager. I was refused a receipt again, with the claim made that the hotel is not allowed to give receipts for the stay that are billed to corporate accounts. This is the one and only hotel that I have ever encountered, during a past stay and again during this stay where I have been declined a receipt. Keep in mind that I stay about 200 nights a year in hotels. I claimed fraud which prompted the manager to push the right buttons on the keyboard and print a receipt. If you value your time and do not want any hassles, DO NOT stay here.
