Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Poor start but nice property Mark the Front Office Manager said a room upgrade was not available and that those rooms were booked. Shortly after I checked the website and the two bedroom suite he mentioned was indeed available for booking at 4pm that day. Had to wait for our room to be ready. At the time I thought it was because it was an upgraded room but it was a standard room so not sure why we had to wait when the hotel was not nearly full. Wasn't given recognition as Platinum member and wasn't given the welcome bag I am accustomed to receiving when checking in as a Platinum member even though they were sitting right behind Mark at the front desk. Pool was nice and overall atmosphere of the hotel was good however greeting at check-in was poor. 23 December 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by First Time WOW! So, as the title suggests, this was the first time staying with this chain. I chose it as I am an IHG member and was looking for a place for my wife to stay during my upcoming surgery. I had to go for a prelim exam at the hospital so thought a check out of the hotel was a great idea to feel things out. First impressions go along way and I found that the way we were greeted was excellent. Fast, polite and no lingering questions that sometimes happens and delays you when you arrive. Walked into the spacious room (Jacuzzi suite) and found a very large room with excellent bathroom and kitchen and a great living space overall. Breakfast was good and plenty although I would have preferred scrambled. While the hotel is a little away from the University Hospital, it is easy to get to (23 min in morning rush hour) and just off the highway which is good for travelling. Price was fantastic and we both kept talking about it on the 4 hour trip home. Highly recommend this chain and have told a business partner who uses hotel chains 3 weeks a year for up to 5 rooms a night to seriously look at using this chain. 22 December 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Place to Stay in London Ontario Suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a 2 bedroom suite that accommodated our family well. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were very clean, and amenities in the suite were well kept. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. 17 December 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable and Handy The rooms are large and attractive, and the bed is comfortable. Conveniently, the sink part of the bathroom is outside of the actual bathroom, which allows for better family sharing. The kitchenettes are clean and very useful -- saves going to restaurants, and you end up eating better. The breakfast is substantial. (Unlike many hotels that serve a minimal cold breakfst, this breakfast room has an attached kitchen, and the staff are busy cooking breakfast and keeping things fresh while you eat. Lots of protein options, not just carbohydrates.) Our only complaint is that the pillows are far, far too soft. They squish down to nothing. We knew in advance, since we stay here every time we are in London, so we brought our own pillows. 08 December 2014
