Amazing apartment

The apartment was beautiful and had lots of pictures locations. Staff were very friendly and receptive. Location was great had lots of shops and food places near by.

Stayed here for almost three weeks while finding a place to live. The size and convience of my room having two beds a microwave and fridge was just what I needed. The hotel is within a block of the metro line and a Publix grocery. The breakfast daily was satisfying and more than you’d expect from a free breakfast! Staff was very accommodating to me changing my check out date multiple times and even having packagers shipped to the hotel. Would definitely recommend for anyone coming to visit Miami who wants to be close to Brickell and Downtown.

This hotel was in a great location! Hotel was clean smelled good when we entered, FREE BREAKFAST that was good!! We had a 1br, patio entrance from br or living rm, it was close to free mia mover, trolley and bus, walking distance to Publix grocery store, and resturants...Definitely recommend this hotel!!!!! They allowed us to check in at 2:30 and they held our bags while we walked around!!

An amazing hotel, which is located in a very convenient location (close to public transport and metro from/to the airport).
A comfortable and cozy room with a wonderful view of the city and the ocean. The reception staff was very kind and responsive.
The breakfast was quite poor and monotonous. The room was not cleaned every day, and on some days only one bath towel was left for three people.
Great location, spacious rooms and very friendly staff!

Hotel was in a very safe area and close to where I was needing to be for work trip. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The pool was the perfect spot to sit and enjoy the Miami sun and wind down. Bed was super comfortable and the shower was great!
Definitely would recommend and would love to stay again

Really disappointing hotel, lacks amenities I would expect from an IHG suite branded property. The location is good but I would not recommend this property if you are expecting a fully furnished serviced apartment

L'hôtel est bien placé, près des transports.
La kitchenette n'est pas équipée, pas de vaisselle.
Le lit pour le troisième adulte n'était pas fait et les couvertures sales.
La piscine est souvent à l'ombre avec de nombreux mégots de cigarettes dans un coin au sol.
Nous avons oublié des chaussures asics et même après plusieurs appels, chat en ligne et mail le jour même, nous ne les avons pas récupérées.
L'assistance était compliquée et tournait autour du problème.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the wonderful service, beautiful atmosphere, the great value compared to other hotels in the area, the fact that the area was clean and free of bed bugs, and the personalized recognition of my IHG status.

* Service/Staff: The service was truly amazing. The valet personnel were incredibly helpful, humble, and friendly, making arrival and departure smooth. The lobby staff were also very welcoming and friendly, always ready with a smile and even acknowledged my IHG status upon arrival.
* Ambiance/Atmosphere: The lobby was beautiful, creating a lovely first impression. The overall atmosphere felt welcoming and pleasant throughout the hotel.
* Quality/Taste: The breakfast was great, offering a big variety of delicious things to eat, ensuring there was something for everyone.
