B4 relocating out of state, I would admire this locale. The hideaway location made it more appealing. My 1st trip home, I stayed there and let's just say I was not disappointed.

We arrived 30 minutes early and were not allowed to check in. Front desk clerk was not welcoming AT ALL. Room was small for an hotel and water pressure lacking. It was quite expensive for a few hours.
Poor staff communication regarding shuttle service

Poor communication from staff regarding the hotel's shuttle service led to long hours of waiting in the hot weather.
Great front desk service. Staff was very welcoming and shuttle driver from airport to hotel was nice.

The room wasn’t the cleanist and the noise level on my floor by nearby people was terrible. Doors slamming late at night.

Booked in advance and paid one third more then if I would have cancelled and rebooked. As a platinum elite member a should pay the lowest rate available at the time of the stay. The manager didn't want to be bothered by it.
Hotel is good but guest service for breakfast need to be improved and some one need to be professional to take care

Overall I don't think the hotel was worth the cost. The room needed a deep cleaning and to be refurbished.
The pool water looked green and had limited sitting.
The breakfast was fairly typical for a free one.

From check in to check out, staff were very responsive/attentive. The comfort of my room and its amenities was as expected (fabulous) and the location of the hotel was perfect for my needs in the area.

Arrived on March 29th at Florida airport, called the hotel for ride was informed that no ride would be provided. I had to pay $31.00 for a taxi to the Hotel. I was given a room on the 4th floor. The odor getting off the elevator was a musty skunk smell, the carpet was dirty, trash on the carpet, elevator doors hand prints all over. The room was small, vinyl floor tiles lifting in many spots. Shower stall bottom not clean, the corners in the bathroom, and the room standing dirt. Did not shower, breakfast area dirty.
Stolen AirPods

My daughter AirPods were stolen from our room. We were able to track them and it showed them in the building walking around. We reported it to the staff, they said they would look into it. Never heard back from them. The AirPods ended up at a home in FL not far from the hotel. Nothing was ever resolved.
Terrible Experience : Needs Immediate Attention

We arrived just before midnight with our infant and elderly parents, only to be told the room we reserved, two queen beds and a crib, was accidentally given away. This was despite confirming the reservation the day prior including confirming we had a crib. We were offered a single king room with no crib, no sofa bed, and no other accommodations available. We weren’t the only ones—several guests were in the same situation.
The general manager, Curt Levy, was nowhere to be found and never came to speak with anyone. Front desk staff were clearly overwhelmed and unable to provide real solutions.
Left with no options, our family had to sleep on the tile floor. We were told extra bedding would be brought up—it never was. The room only had one towel, so we had to go back downstairs again in the morning just to get the basics.
We also relied on the hotel’s airport shuttle, only to learn after arriving that it stops running at 9pm—even though prior calls implied we could request a ride when we landed near midnight.
We followed up several times after our stay, but never received a response. When we finally reached Curt Levy, his response was dismissive and unhelpful—no apology, no resolution, and he abruptly ended the call.
This experience was a complete failure in customer service and basic hospitality. We will not be returning.
