Was Bitten by Bedbugs!

I've traveled the world, and this property wins the award for being the first to make me and my wife the victims of bedbugs! We were bitten on our hands and faces. We were switched to a different room after complaining to the desk clerk, who admitted that we were NOT the first to complain...that day! In addition, our room was never serviced after our first night's stay. Never cleaned, bed never made, towels not replenished. We were not offered any compensation or discount. When I called to complain to the manager, I was hung up on. I've been an IHG Platinum member for years, and this was the WORST property I've ever stayed at. This is NOT a property I would ever recommend or stay at in the future. Good luck if you pick this location.

Location and price were great! Breakfast was a little limited, but I'm probably considered picky. Check in staff was wonderful, she was very helpful and informative about the area.

Great and new property. Everything was flawless from pickup with one of the best shuttles i have seen to a smooth checkout process

This hotel was very lovely. The employees at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was no microwave in rooms or coffee pots. The rooms were very clean and beds very comfortable.

It was okay for one night. The bathroom shower seemed a little dirty, and when we first walked in the room we saw a small cockroach ( I'm not sure if that's normal for florida or not ). I will say that the beds were extremely comfortable and plush. Also the lady at the front desk was really nice.

This is a great affordable (for the area) hotel close to FLL airport. The breakfast was good and everything was in working order. One thing to note is that the airport shuttle only runs about three times per day, so call ahead or check the website for the schedule, especially if you'll be arriving at the airport late. You'll likely need to get a taxi/rideshare when the shuttle is not running.

Clean comfy beds. Tile floor in room is poor with uneven tiles. Light around mirror flickered and flashed and could induce seizures in those prone to that. Clean with hot showers. Great coffee machine and water machine. Overall, I'd stay here again.

The breakfast was really good. Coffee and juice were free. The coffee is good, the juice was exceptional, I don’t usually say that. There is no restaurant on site nor within reasonable walking distance. It’s easy to arrange a ride for free at the front desk.
This is a no nonsense way to stay.
