This wasn't the best Avid hotel I have stayed at. Avid has been my go to recently as I am frequently traveling with my dog. The biggest complaint about this location was the cleanliness. The duvet was either just plain dirty or it had a nasty stain on it. Either way it made me question the overall cleanliness of the room. I didn't say anything as I was only staying one night and had just drove 13 hours. The AC also wasn't great. I set it down as low as 69 and it was still hot. For reference I live in SW Florida and keep our AC at 76 in the summer. But the one thing I will say about Avid is their beds are comfortalbe. I am always able to fall asleep easily without tossing and turning.

Located near shopping and food. It is quiet and clean. The access to the interstate. The pool is small perfect for family with little children. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

We had a great experience checking in thanks to Roxie at the front desk. She was incredibly welcoming, kind, and friendly — exactly the boost we needed after a long drive. Her warm demeanor really set the tone for our stay. The facility itself was very clean and felt new, which added to our comfort. Breakfast was convenient and nicely done for a grab-and-go style. Overall, a great stop, made even better by Roxie’s hospitality!

The place looks good, is very clean, the staff was great, breakfast for grab and go was actually pretty good loved the vegetable omelet. The only problem I had was the drinks they sale weren't stocked when I asked about drinks they said they were out till some more got brought in. We was there on a Saturday so im sure they wouldn't be stocked all weekend. The hotel itself i loved it.

We were shocked this was an IHG hotel. Everything felt old and our room was wet and musty. The shower had not only hair(which is hard to remove and I get that) it also had dirt all over the shower walls and floors. Not cleaned well, breakfast was as shown but we wouldn’t stay here again.

We stopped at the Avid after a college visit. This hotel is in a great location that is close to the interstate and many restaurants. Although it's close to the road, the hotel was extremely quiet and we slept great! Stephanie at the front desk greeted us and made sure we had everything we needed. In the morning, there was a nice array of options for breakfast, and my breakfast sandwich was delicious! This was such a clean hotel! We will definitely stay here again when we visit our son at college!

Not sure of the relationship. However, this chain meets all the standards we expect of an IHG hotel. Excellent service and facilities.

The staff was great. The breakfast was great. The room was great. We loved the place. Our dog enjoyed it. There was a place for her to go potty. It was a wonderful place. They accommodated me on the bottom floor for my husband who smoked and my dog to get in and out easily

The room had no working key, the key card issued would not open the door, so the staff opened it with their access key and then didn't give me another key bc apparently it just would work for the room, the room was also apparently sharing a wall with the staff room because everything could be heard starting about 4-5 am, talking, doors, dishes, it was awful, lastly the water pressure was non existent. Do not recommend, disappointed as this hotel looked to be a nice one, maybe it was just a fluke but regardless that was awful, and unfortunately my one and only experience at an Avid hotel.

The hotel location was good and had plenty of choices to eat if you were hungry. However the shower water was Luke warm and the towel weren’t very soft. It was over all clean and we felt safe but was not pleased with the shower water not being HOT! Breakfast was not good the biscuits were very hard and it was pretty much a joke. They shouldn’t even offer it in my opinion but again that’s just me.
