This hotel is easy to get to, near lots of food, shopping and entertainment. The employees were nice and knowledgeable. The breakfast had nice light options with lots of beverage options. Price was reasonable. Rooms were nice other than I could hear traffic noise and there was one cleanliness issue with the room on a wall. Beds were comfortable and there were a lot of options for tv. They had Dove products in the bathroom. I would recommend and stay again.

I was a little bummed because the TV in both of the rooms i was switched to did not work. Figured out the next morning that they knew about the TV's not working .... they should probably let people know before checking in that they were having TV issues, i wouldn't have stayed if that was the case. Omer deserves a raise though! Great customer service :)

Clean hotel with amazing staff. There was a shooting in the car park and they took great care of me. The gym was useful and there was a breakfast selection.
Very nice staff: Room had some minor issues.

Staff was very nice and approachable at check-in.
Our room was clean and orderly.
The room also had a deep smell of fresh cigarette smoke which I can deal with but was nervous I may be charged although I’m a non smoker.
Our bathroom had a faulty light switch that we could deal with and the shampoo and body was dispensers were completely emptied.
Again minor but worthy to note.
The bed, I really loved it was so soft clean and comfortable.

For a very reasonable price, we got a lovely clean room and bath, with comfy beds, lots of pillows, and a great quiet sleep. Breakfast was good and filling, with breakfast sandwiches, fruit, and good coffee. We will stay here again!

I have stayed at this hotel twice. The first experience was good--this is a barebones hotel. The beds are comfortable. There is no carpet--which I prefer. They allow for dogs.
The second stay was a disaster. I was given a room that was occupied by someone else and when walking in I clearly interrupted an intimate experience. Awkward. I was told the hotel was oversubscribed by 4 rooms...I was given a vacant room, but won't go back. It was a level of incompetence I have never experienced before. Too bad.

The front desk staff was not welcoming. When I inquired about the possibility of a late checkout — a benefit I noticed was available to me as an IHG member through the application — my request was refused without courtesy or explanation.
The breakfast experience was disappointing. There was a lack of respect for cultural and religious dietary needs, as all available hot sandwich options contained pork. I raised my concerns with the front desk staff, but the response was dismissive and rude. Additionally, due to my milk allergy, I am unable to consume bakery items such as muffins or bagels, and there were no alternative options like eggs provided. Despite these limitations, I was charged for breakfast, from which I could not benefit.
