Bonus points from Hertz car rental are issued within 2-4 weeks after the rental. To request missing miles, use the Hertz Retroactive Mileage Request Form. Be prepared to provide additional information such as your IHG^® Rewards Club number, Rental Agreement Number and travel dates.
