Staff are nice and helpful. Good location in Shanghai. They offer a buffet at the all day restaurant as happy hour. The lounge is somehow self-serviced and only provides soft drinks and beer, but it is a great and quiet place to take a business meeting or do some work. The hotel is old but overall well-maintained. Remember to watch a movie at Shanghai Film Art Center next to the hotel!

To some people, the Crowne Plaza Shanghai might have been an older hotel.
However, the rooms and facilities have been immaculately refurbished. The service is impeccable. And the Chinese restaurant services one of the best Shanghainese cuisines in town.
Definitely a great choice for business travellers!

This was my second time staying at Crowne Plaza Shanghai and I once again had another very comfortable stay. The hotel has a great location, remains spotless, clean, and with excellent Restaurant lounge happy hour and breakfast. I was very impressed with the quality service, from the front desk to the restaurant. All the staff members I met, especially front desk staff Alice, restaurant staff Jacky Li and Barry Hu, were all very friendly and helpful in a professional manner. I had a very good experience staying in this hotel - it left a profound and positive impression on me, and many great memories. I look forward to being back again.

This hotel is located with very good access to the subway system and many good restaurants. All staff, from the front desk to restaurants, are very friendly and provide good service.

A fine hotel close by metro line 11-10. Hotel is very clean and have a great staff. Good food - nice rooms and it is quiet.
Good to stay for holiday or business.

Lovely hotel and lovely room. With everything you could possibly need. I didn't sleep that well although not sure why? Possibly worrying about upcoming cruise and visas.But cannot fault the hotel for cleanliness,Staff were lovely,food was lovely.And it was ideally situated.
I had a few minor issues with the bath and shower , but nothing worth worrying about
