Stay here often. Valet is great. Renovations were up to par. Food in bar was great.
I don't pay this for a cold shower

My shower was luke cold. (I now know I should have checked this when I entered and told them I needed another room, but I would only expect to check such a thing at a cheap hotel, which the Crowne Plaza is not). The sink water was hot, but something was wrong with the shower. Although I informed management three different times with plenty of hours in between each, nothing was ever done and the last time they told me they had no record of the previous calls. I took two cold showers during my stay and left. I understand that problems happen, it's how they are dealt with that matters. They were not dealt with at all. Do not plan on staying at this hotel again.

This was a memorable trip for us to have together. The people at the hotel and the accommodations were exactly what we needed. This will be on my list to return to when the next time I make trip to a game here.

Our stay was comfortable, front desk and valet staff were very pleasant. The hotel was hosting 3 large groups, but it was transparent to the service we received. The room was comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. View of downtown Atlanta was beautiful. One watch out was traffic noise starting pretty early, with a line of cars waiting to get into Emory next door before 7am.

Convenient for our shows at the Fox, but the construction going on next door made it difficult to sleep at times. Also had to request toilet paper to be stocked via phone to housekeeping and weirdly got a response with attitude about it. Other front desk staff was friendly and courteous. Was delayed by the valet experience as they did not answer the call from our room and then had to make two 10 min trips to get my husbands car since it’s a manual. Seems like that should have been a note on the ticket when it was parked.

For the most part the hotel was great but when we started calling room service at 10:30pm (and they didn't close until 11pm) and the front desk but neither answered my husband went down to see what was going on. By the time he made it down and spoke to someone they told him it was too late...not sure this is great customer service. The hotel is very convenient and easy walking for the Fox Theatre and surrounding restaurants/bars. I had 2 rooms but the 2nd I never received a final bill in person nor email.
