Anadolu Citadel interior of the citadel is not open to public. A medieval citadel, a little older and much smaller than its European counterpart, situated on the meadow where tranquil Goksu River empties into the Bosporus, surrounded by picturesque wooden traditional houses. Kalamis Yacht Marina a nice walk around the marina and plenty of cafes and restaurants are available.

If you are visiting the Prince's Islands do not forget to rent a bike or travel within the island by phaeton. Make sure you have a pullover ıf you are visiting Bosporus and planning a walk along the seaside since it may get chilly especially during spring and fall.

The Maiden’s Tower also called Leander's Tower is built on a small islet surrounded by waters of Bosporus off the Uskudar coast where you can have breakfast before noon, drinks during day or diner inside the tower itself. The Tower is accessible by boats from Salacak.
