Great Stay and a comfortable nights sleep.

Let me say first that I will be staying here more often.
The property is a bit worn but so is almost every property on the water.
The room was super clean and it lacked for nothing.
The only disappointment was that the pool was rather small but with the beach just blocks away who cares.
Bed Bugs

I would avoid this place unless you like to be bit by bed bugs. I called the hotel to tell them and they really didn't care. From someone that typically spends at least 100 nights a year in hotels this was the ONLY time I've experienced this at an IHG property.

The room was beautiful as was the view. Watched the dolphin in the morning. Comfortable bed and pillows. The restaurant was so nice. Reasonable and excellent wait staff. Buffalo shrimp was so good. Clean, socially distant, masks worn by all staff.

I filed a complaint. The room smelled of urine and mold. The lights were out in bathroom, living room lamp, above the stove. The carpet was stained throughout and peeling up, loose pieces at bathroom.
The furniture was extremely old. I would not have seen this for sale at a thrift shop even due to the poor condition. There were chips in the chairs, the couch sunk in and smelled of sweat and urine. the lamp shade was tilted and had strings hanging down. The kitchen island had chips in it, large chips. The TV's are not Smart TV's. There were no glasses or coffee cups.
Old Florida Charm

If you're looking for an escape to the past, this charming old Florida style city is the place to go. This hotel is host to a marina, a mini golf course, an on site restaurant that features live music every night. The staff of the hotel are always so nice and they speak to you like they actually like their jobs. We have visited this hotel at least once a year for the past 4 years and have never been disappointed with anything there.

We had a wonderful stay out the Holiday Inn. The staff was friendly and professional. My daughter had a great time at the water park, and we loved how close it was. The kids eat free program is always appreciated. I would recommend this hotel and we are excited to go back.

Loved the water park. Had to cancel thanksgiving plans due to COVID. This trip to Holiday Inn Indian rocks saved my kids week.

Came back to my hometown for the weekend and had a fantastic time introducing my family to one of my favorite places. Well kept and gave a perfect taste of beach life!

MAINTENANCE!!!! The property and rooms are suffering from proper maintenance. Pretty obvious that their budget is next to nothing on repairs and replacement. But nice view.
