Loved it! The only thing to be mindful of is the apartments on the 2nd and 3rd floors have staircases only to access them.

Not the place to stay if you're flying into Vegas & arriving anytime before 3 pm their time! Ridiculous wait to check in upon arrival...forced to listen to an annoying salesman shove a time share presentation down your throat-while he refuses to listen to you! I advised him I was not feeling well & I felt like I was going to pass out-and he just continued w/his pitch!! AFTER 4 STERN 'NO'S!!!! He even used my not feeling well as an angle to get me to agree to sit thru a 90 minute presentation-said I could just sit down & take it easy while I learn all about what they have to offer!!! PLUS-THE GUY TRIED TO SAY I WAS NOT AN IHG REWARDS CLUB MEMBER IF I DIDN'T HAVE THE APP...YET-I AM AN IHG REWARDS CLUB MEMBER-HE SAID HE COULD LOOK ME UP--BUT THEN REFUSED TO DO SO!!! IT WAS WEIRD!! The most unaccommodating 'resort' I have EVER stayed at!! We were 'checked in' by around 1:45 pm after waiting in line for over an hour....and our room was not even ready by 4 pm which was the official check in time....!!!! Did not get into a room until AFTER 4:30!!! ANNNND....that was only after several attempts to get SOMEONE TO HELP US OUT-AGAIN...I WAS FEELING VERY ILL & NO. ONE. CARED!!! PLUS...2 out of their 4 pools were closed-causing overcrowding at the 2 remaining...ANNNND we witnessed a situation on our final day there that SHOULD'VE PROMPTED CLOSING OF THE POOL WE WERE AT!! A glass table was shattered....there was glass everywhere, very windy...it was near the kiddie section & hot tubs areas of the pool-CLEARLY a hazard-yet they just kept the pool open!!!! THEY USED A LEAF BLOWER TO BLOW THE GLASS PIECES!!! ON A VERY WINDY DAY!!! A LEAF BLOWER-GLASS-HOT TUB-KIDDIE AREA!! UNBELIEVABLE THAT THEY KEPT THAT POOL OPEN!! Yes...they caution taped the kiddie area while they continued their attempts at cleaning things up...but that water flowed right into the main pool area where they just continued to allow people to use. We witnessed one of the resort worker's who must've had some kind of authoritative position come and 'inspect' the damages while the worker's were attempting the clean up-pointing out glass IN THE WATER OF THE KIDDIE AREA...STILL-NO CLOSING!! She walked right by us and told who appeared to possibly be a maintenance supervisor that she would've closed the pool immediately, so whoever she called to get the final word put people's SAFETY AT RISK -most likely to avoid being down to 1 pool at a resort that promises a 4 pool experience....DISGUSTING!

I was blown away by how close this place is to the Strip, yet it feels like a secluded, private resort. The proximity to the Sphere was a huge plus, and getting a staff-assisted ride straight to the private entrance of the Sphere parking lot was next-level convenience. The grounds are peaceful, well-maintained, and beautifully managed. The rooms? Absolutely epic: spacious, serene, and instantly relaxing. Compared to typical Strip hotels, this place offers way more value for your money. The Gold Mine bar was a hidden gem too, with great prices and genuinely friendly service. This spot is officially my go-to for Vegas stays from now on.

1. Cockroaches appear in the room.
2. It's not the weekend, but it took 30 minutes to check in, and there is no exclusive queue for members. There is no member identification or greeting during the check-in process.
3. The outdoor air conditioner makes a huge noise, which affects falling asleep.
Don't let the outside fool you. It's an excellent find

This place is a little hidden secret and as long as you realize the golf carts can pick you up and take you, it makes the vast size of the place much more manageable. If you want off the strip this it.

We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn. Check in was quick and efficient. Great location close to The Sphere and an easy walk to other attractions. Our room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed using our balcony. We will stay here again on other trips to The Sphere.

From the moment we were warmly greeted by the gentleman at the front door, our experience was exceptional. The check-in process was seamless, and we were immediately impressed by the cleanliness and thoughtful design of our room. The furnishings were not only stylish but also incredibly comfortable, making it a perfect retreat for relaxation. My family thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay, from the cozy ambiance to the attentive service. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we left with wonderful memories and a desire to return.
Great locatipn? Cpurteos staff and good value.

I have stayed here manyvtimes amd itvis my preferred location in Vegas. 1 block off strip, easy walking distamce, plus they offer shuttle service. Great value, excellent location and in todays Vegas and economy it is a gem in a sea of corporate greed. Very comfortable and I highly reccomend it. Qaulity staff, location and value.

I recently stayed at an IHG hotel and had an overall excellent experience. From check-in to check-out, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive to detail. The room was clean, modern, and well-appointed with everything I needed for a comfortable stay—plush bedding, quality toiletries, and reliable Wi-Fi.
One of the standout features was the hotel's location, which made getting around the area super convenient. The on-site dining options were solid, offering both quick bites and more upscale meals, depending on what you’re in the mood for.
The property also had a great fitness center and pool area, which added to the value of the stay. Housekeeping was consistent and respectful of privacy, and I appreciated how smoothly everything ran.
Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, IHG continues to deliver a reliable and pleasant experience. I’d definitely stay again and recommend it to others looking for comfort and quality service.

Comfortable stay if you are willing to work your knee grease to walk out to the strip. It isn't far but after few hours walking the strip and coming back... I had tough time walking out to strip again at night. Recommend to use Uber to go South or North of strip and walk back later.
Stay was great with view of Sphere from balcony, but initial check in process was bad. After you get your keys, they send you across the lobby to get your keys activated. During this time, they try to sell you TimeShare and other discount aggressively. When I said "No", they sales guy showed nasty angry face that doubted my reservation. He gave a nasty disgusting look. When getting your keys activated, just look away and ignore them.

Location is central to the strip, yet easy to get in and out of. Self park, with golf cart service to get you to your building if walking/luggage is an issue. Did not use the on-site restaurant or pools. Room was comfortable, quiet, and well equipped. Check in drives a conversation/sales pitch-key card and parking pass provided at sales counter-however thankfully sales pitch is not super heavy, about 5 min. All in all, if ever back in Las Vegas, I would chose this location over large hotels due to ease of getting in/out, central to area, and room comfort.
