IT IS NOT JUST THIS HOTEL, BUT IT IS THE LAST 4 STAYS I HAVE HAD A A HOLIDAY IN EXPRESS. WHEN I MAKE A RESERVATION, THE ONLY REQUEST THAT I MAKE IS TO HAVE A ROOM CLOSE TO THE ELEVATOR.
NO MATTER HOW FAR IN ADVANCE I MAKE THE RESERVATION, I HAVE ONLY HAD ONE THAT MET THAT REQUEST, AND THAT WAS AFTER I AGAIN ASKED FOR IT WHILE CHECKING IN.
MY GRIPE IS THAT THE FOLKS AT THE COUNTER LIE TO ME AND SAY THEY HAVE NOTHING AVAILABLE, YET THE PARKING LOT IS HALF EMPTY, AND REMAINS THAT WAY THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT. NOW, WITH THE PARKING LOT HALF EMPTY WHEN I CHECK IN, HOW IS THAT MY REQUEST CANNOT BE MET?? i FULLY UNDERSTAND WHEN THE HOTELS ARE BOOKED UP, BUT THAT IS NOT THE CASE WHEN I CHECK IN.
I TRAVEL EVERY OTHER WEEK FOR WORK. MY MAIN HOTELS ARE _______- USUALLY A _____ , AND THE HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS. I USUALLY MAKE THE FINAL SELECTION BY COST AND THEN PROXIMITY TO OFFICE I AM GOING TO.
I HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE HAVING MY REQUEST MET AT THE ______.......NEVER.

If you stay here more than one night and be ready to have to get your own towels at the front desk tge front desk staff are very nice and helpful management is non existing apparently since I did speak to one and nothing happened sad this hotel is very nice

We travel ALOT for my kid's sports. Definitely one of the bottom 3 hotels I've ever stayed in. I would say "not recommended" but there really weren't many other choices in the area. For a Holiday Inn, very disappointing. Our card key NEVER worked and we had to be let into our 4th floor room by a manager with a key. Lighting is poor. Heating/Air units are antiquated. Bathroom was not super clean (hair in shower and dirt in corners) Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good, but coffee all day would be a nice perk. Location to where we needed to go daily was good - hope they improve.

took a couple days to just get away this hotel was very nice sraff was very acomendating and ensured we had everything we needed
Good services we enjoy, i had a bad experience in another hotel the nigth before and we were very tired and concern about the stay

Front desk staff are great at this location. Very friendly and helpful and always happy and smiling. Breakfast was served hot with multiple options and were never left empty

My stay at this hotel has been great since December. I've been staying here as often as possible because it is my favorite hotel in the area. Housekeeping is great, breakfast is more than sufficient, front desk staff is great, and I've had no complaints so far. Checkout is always simple and quick and I appreciate that since I'm mainly on the road for work.
This is a Hotel in need of renovation. It has a good continental breakfast and that is the only good thing about the building. Staff were good,

We took are great niece to see Niagara Falls and booked this hotel by looking at the pictures on the internet which are very deceiving the staff were very good and are not a part of the extremely poor hotel.. The continental breakfast is very good. It is the ONLY part of the place that has any renovation. Our niece learned a valuable lesson. That you can't judge a book by its cover!!!!!!!!!

I try to stay at Holiday Inn when I travel, and I had a fantastic experience in this hotel. I especially was impressed by the manager who interacted with every guest at breakfast and gave each of my kids a free pack of cookies.
After I stayed here I had to continue traveling North for two more nights and the next two places I stayed at were disgusting, terrible and scary. I wish I could have taken this Holiday Inn with me on my whole road trip.

The whole hotel was DIM (lobby, hallways, breakfast room, hotel room/bathroom.
Beds waaay too high for an average height person, but comfortable.
The hotel was practically empty yet they stuck us near 2 big dogs that barked a lot!
Breakfast:
No real milk at the coffee station for those that can’t have cream for health reasons - only half & half pods.
Only costly pre wrapped spoons instead of stir sticks.
The bacon was as hard and tasteless as cardboard.
No “no added sugar” yogurt for diabetics.
No tongs at the bagel/bread bin.
No real juice except apple - only Sunny D and Cranberry “cocktail”

Staff was friendly and took care of all of our needs. Bed was broken, pool was cold and missing tile.
