Room was dirty. Carpet and tile was dirty, especially in corners. Carpet was ripped and trashcan was cracked and broken. The walls (especially in the bathroom) needed to be painted

Very nice hotel, convenient to airport. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had an excellent variety of food that was continuously stocked by the staff. The dining room was clean and well maintained. If we had the opportunity to stay longer in Niagara Falls I would defiantly stay here.

the room was ok- outdated, the bedding was dirty when we arrived, we had to change our own bedding and was told the room would be cleaned the next day but no one cleaned it. The breakfast selection as ok- for someone who does not eat pork the meat selection was horrible (pork sausage and regular bacon)

I've always stayed in Holiday Inns since 2012. Anywhere I go whether it's in the states or Canada, it always left me with a great impression. This changed when I stayed here in Niagara Holiday Inn in the US. Firs and foremost, I booked the reservation for 5 people. When I entered my room there were only 2 towels, no hand soap, and a toilet paper that is running thin. I had to ask for these simple item at the front desk. Second day, I went to the fitness centre. Huge leak coming from the ceiling. I had to use the face towels available to clean up as it is poorly maintained. No weights available. No cleaning wipes to be seen. Just terrible. On top of that, the pool is extremely dirty. You could see the pool water from above of the fitness centre. It was murky. On the contrary, you could see hair in the bottom of the pool. Third day, there were bugs crawling in the room. All of us had bite marks. All of these were documented with photos and videos. My overall experience were extremely unpleasant. I could not wait to check out and leave.

They need to remodel this place and beef up the cleaning and maintenance crew. This place was disgusting. The only things I can say good is the AC worked well, and the bedding was comfortable.

Was staying here because the tour we registered for at Niagra Falls could pick us up here. I requested early check in, and got to the hotel around 2 o'clock. Check in time is at 3. 2 my people ahead of me were getting their room when I was told that my room was not available until 3 o'clock. I asked if another room was available and was told checkin time is 3 o'clock. Not very professional at all. After the tour was completed the person working the night shift checked us in and recognized my IHG status, the female working in the afternoon did not, nor did she want to be bothered. The room was clean, the sink drained slow and the shower was slippery due to not having a bath mat available. The complimentary breakfast was fine and the attendants working the kitchen were outstanding. I used points for this room.

We reached hotel 10 min before checkin time but had to wait 20 min to get the key. The toilet didn’t had tissue rolls. They don’t have exhaust in restroom.

Despite a full house, the room was very quiet. Very clean and comfortable. There was a crush of guests at the breakfast, was difficult to get a seat, but the manager found us a table. Food was very tasty and fresh, and the servers were keeping up with the rush excellently. You could tell they must deal with that frequently.

The hotel was very smelly overall and not the experience expected from IHG brand. The room was okay at best with very dirty floor carpet, very old and rusty bathroom. Room service was non-existent as I had to make trips down to front desk for toilet paper, shower gel etc. which were not in the room.

Room was not very clean had to get new sheets for the pull out and new towels along with toilet paper and tissue.
The pool was nasty and did not have any towels in the pool area

I stayed at this hotel for just one night and ended up leaving early due to how dirty the room was. It was clear that it hadn’t been cleaned properly — the sheets didn’t feel fresh, the bathroom was in bad shape, and the overall condition of the room made me very uncomfortable. I expected at least basic cleanliness, and this didn’t meet that standard at all. I would not stay here again and do not recommend it.
