We stayed in a standard queen room for 6 nights in October 2019. The hotel is about 30 minutes in a cab from the main train station, and a 10-minute walk from Tangu subway station/the east end of Zhongshan Road, the main thoroughfare in Shijiazhuang. It’s very comfortable, and the breakfast is great, and conveniently lasts a long time (6.30-10). For Westerners, there’s cereal, fried eggs, sausages, toast and jam and fruit. And of course a full Chinese breakfast, which is also delicious. The receptionists speak some English, and were mostly helpful.

Comfortable bed and great service

Overall great hotel in a good location. Its my first time in this city and I felt very fortunate to be able to stay at a genuine Holiday Inn which is next to many restaurants, street food, small shops and a fair walk away from a huge shopping mall.
The rooms were comfortable and I slept well in the soft beds. Breakfast had both western and chinese cuisine, very satisfying.

Hotel con estilo moderno. En la recepción hablan poco o nada de inglés (como en el 95% de los hoteles en China. La habitación tenía olor a humo de cigarrillo a pesar de ser para no fumadores.

提前半天询问到店时间与需求。
到店会员识别，有欢迎礼品。
房间干净整洁，大小适中，备品齐全。
早餐中规中矩，味道不错。
有机会还会继续入住！
前台服务有待提高，整体较差

1.没有提前给会员安排房间，在前台等待很久才办理好入住。服务也不是很热情。
2.办理入住时，预留发票信息，强调因赶火车退房时候拿发票及水单，但在办理退房时，前台却没有开好发票。耽误很久才办完，并没有一点歉意。
3.该酒店不太注重会员感受，更加在意团体客人。
4.只有一种房型，入住时饮料水果只能二选一。
不推荐会员入住。
