The hotel is about 25 minutes drive by taxi to the Zhengzhou train station. It’s in a fairly new part of the city. Very quiet! No loud horns from cars. I was there six nights, and didn’t find a normal super market. I would recommend the hotel put a small refrigerator in each room. I thought there was enough space in the room to have one.

The Good
- location is convenient. 10 minutes walk from the subway if you prefer to take the metro train.
- hotel is fairly new
- friendly staff
The Bad
- bathroom has bad odor smell out of the drain?
The Ugly
- breakfast needs LOTS of improvement in terms of quality and selection of the food items. The soups are too watery and the stir fried veggies lack taste.

整体体验不错，前台服务人员服务态度很好。会员待遇很好，送了果盘和饮料。

住了那么多天，换了3个房间，没有一个房间的卫生间是没有异味的，严重影响睡眠。
故意给积分房安排次的房间！！！！
另外前台的服务和意识需要加强管理。

首先没有对白金会员做出问候，只是最后来了一句，这是你的水果，服务意识真的有待加强。因为住了好几天，也有比较贴心的前台。
其次最重要的是，安排的房间，卫生间严重有异味，非常影响睡眠和情绪。然后要求换了一间房还是如此。
出门基本还蛮喜欢住HIX系列的酒店，基本都是好评的多，但是这一家真的是因为卫生间异味严重而且换的房间也是如此，只能给中差评。

整體環境還算清潔,退房時,櫃檯人員親切辦理退房手續且詳細告知如何去到地鐵站,但是早餐質量真的不行,食物少了也不主動補,還要我們跟服務人員說.

缺点：前台很不专业！开一个通道排队ci极慢，无会员识别，水单中入住人也打错。楼道和房间还有新装修的味道，房间无蚊香液，早餐品种非常少。co时直接扣预授权，积分兑换要扣预授权？你前台不会看下电脑信息吗。
优点：房间大，电视大，新酒店卫生不错
