Excellent hotel in a great location. Walking distance to most of attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Everything felt very new and updated. I enjoyed the morning espresso, pastries and afternoon wine hour. The gym is small, but equipped with new equipment. Highly recommend this hotel; great value.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Kimpton BEM Budapest and cannot say enough good things about our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the hotel’s beautifully curated design—chic, modern, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail, from the lobby to the guestrooms, reflects thoughtful attention to style and relaxation.
While our room was on the smaller side, it was perfectly appointed with everything we needed. The bed and linens were exceptionally comfortable—some of the best we’ve experienced during our travels—and we enjoyed a peaceful night’s sleep with virtually no city noise, which is rare in such a central location.
Speaking of location, the hotel is perfectly situated with easy access to both the tram and metro, making it an ideal home base for exploring the city. Despite being so central, it felt like a quiet oasis tucked away from the hustle and bustle.
The staff at Kimpton BEM truly went above and beyond. Petra at the front desk welcomed us warmly and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Miklós, the concierge, was equally wonderful—his local knowledge and thoughtful recommendations made our trip even more special. He assisted with dinner reservations and pointed us toward a few activities that turned out to be highlights of our visit.
One of our favorite small touches was the complimentary morning coffee and pastries—such a lovely way to start each day.
I would highly recommend Kimpton BEM Budapest to anyone visiting the city. The design, comfort, location, and impeccable service make it a standout. Should we find ourselves back in Budapest, we would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

A equipe da recepção fez um trabalho fenomenal hospedando minha esposa e eu durante a nossa estadia. Barney, Flora, Eniko e outros foram muito atenciosos e nos ofereceram tudo o que precisávamos para nos divertirmos em Budapeste. Seu conhecimento da cidade e sua cordialidade proporcionaram uma experiência realmente agradável para nós.

Além da equipe, a propriedade é nova e certamente faz jus ao nome Kimpton. É altamente recomendável, pois o local fica em uma área tranquila o suficiente para ter um pouco de paz, mas é facilmente acessível a outras áreas a pé, de transporte público ou táxi.

A partir do momento em que entramos pela porta, a equipe do hotel nos fez sentir bem-vindos. Este é um lindo hotel com excelentes comodidades, incluindo um belo banho turco no subsolo. O pátio central é lindo e um belo lugar para se sentar em uma varanda com uma bebida e ouvir os pássaros. Uma menção vai para o serviço de concierge Petar, que nos deu orientações, recomendações e assistência; e também à equipe da Recepção, que foi extremamente simpática.

Propriedade fabulosa com comodidades 5 estrelas, com uma equipe acolhedora e mágica! Os quartos são novos, limpos e as camas são ótimas. A pressão do chuveiro poderia ser um pouco melhor. Bombas do ar condicionado em clima de 90 graus!

From the moment of walking into the beautiful lobby and be greeted with a glass of champagne, to the moment we left and were told goodbye by the entire lobby staff, this IHG property provided an incredible experience of hospitality. The location in Buda provides great food and attractions nearby, as well as easy access to the train and bridges to explore the Pedt side. The swanky accommodations coupled with the incredible customer service, is what made this hotel a memorable experience and a place that I will return to again.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stay in. The initial greetings made me feel at home. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The hotel itself was stunning. The room and house keeping were brilliant. I told many people to stay here when they go to Budapest, and it made my experience here one to remember.
Thank you guys, I will be staying here again in the future!

We really enjoyed our recent stay. The reception staff was extremely friendly and helpful sharing complimentary champagne on arrival. The hotel is lovely including a rooftop bar. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful new hotel close to River. Rooms are well appointed and restaurant and bar areas are quite modern and classy. What makes the experience more special is the quality of service and attention to detail.
