The staff was very attentive and helpful. Even when disposing of garbage during breakfast, the kitchen attendant was always there to assist. This is our second stay, and the window near the expressway is the only noise that we heard this time.

Clean rooms. No strange smells, even with pets allowed.
Great grab and go breakfast.
24 hour coffee...and it's good coffee!!

We were very pleased with this stay. All staff were very friendly and always ready to help. Lots of smiling faces too which helps keep a positive and good energy. My wife fell in love with the bed and the pillows. Room was very clean and didn’t have bad smells like other hotels have. Will definitely be staying here again.
You might want to replace your staff!

Hotel is very nice and clean. I enjoyed my stay there. However the staff was extremely rude the day I checked out! I could feel their hate.

Upon arrival, I was greeted with outstanding customer service and a warm welcome. The lobby was well-appointed with plenty of seating, and outdoor seating was also an option. As a valued IHG club member, I was pleased to receive a late checkout, which was greatly appreciated. The hotel's location was ideal, with nearby restaurants, shopping, a movie theater, and other attractions. Rooms needed a little more attention. Overall, the hotel provided a good experience at an affordable price, and I would stay here again.

Stay was great up until the point of no housekeeping, and the bugs that were found in the room. Much of the hotel seems fairly new but also not clean? Elevator inspections stickers seemed outdated. Lisa at the front desk was great though. Truly helpful wherever she could.

Newer hotel, but noise, sparsness, and extra fees made it an ok stay. I did like pet friendly, room did not smell like pets were there.

Im very picky about where I stay when I travel. I want a safe, clean and affordable place that makes me feel like I am home.
My family and I were in town for a convention. The hotel was 5 minutes away and convenient to local eateries.
The staff at Avid were super helpful and professional. Lisa greeted me when I came in and made we feel welcome.
We will always stay at this location when I visit Conyers.

2nd visit did not disappoint. It was as good as I remembered it. The kids were satisfied, which is usually difficult.
I think I found my place when visiting the Oxford area.

Prince was excellent. The check in process was very easy and smooth. Recommendation were giving by staff and a very nice welcome. I was recognize as a club member and all the details were explain. Nice welcoming.

I had a single overnight stay for a business trip. I arrived late, but the front desk agent was right there and checked me in efficeintly. The room was very clean and comfortable. Overall a very good experience.

Great location. Clean. Good breakfast. Courteous staff. One small recommendation: upgrade the paper bowls - they allow hot water (for oatmeal!) to seep through even if you use two. I used three to prevent seepage onto the table! Thanks.
