Facility is beautiful!!! Interior design is gorgeous, staff is professional, informative and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. I felt like was was at home and not in a hotel. Conveniently located. Pools beautiful. Nice towels and the robes, slippers, washer dryer, wine cooler were all awesome to have.

Much needed vacation and well worth the wait to stay in this newly built property! Beautiful resort close to Market Commons and Murrells Inlet! We will be back!

The actual stay was beautiful. The beds were comfortable. Very clean villa with all the appliances and dishes and utensils made it easier. Fully equipped. Loved the few steps to the pool, hot tub and ocean and of course the bar. If only the helicopters didn't fly over every 5 minute right above us. We could have a conversation. They should move that route for their rides. I am sure they do it for advertising to get more people to take a ride. It is a deterant to me. The place itself was beautiful.
New Property- Good and Bad

This is a new property and I think they are still working through a few things.
The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet. Views are so-so depending on where you land room wise. The pool area is great and we'll maintained.
There is room for improvement in some areas like emergency notifications.
I received a text shortly after checking in to make sure my room was as expected. I would think the same could be done if there are alarms going off in the building.
I saw a lot of guests being shown around for the IHG rewards program they try to sell you on. A presentation that takes hours of your vacation time with a pushy salesperson asking you to make a split second decision in giving them thousands of dollars for a down payment and $30,000-$40,000 total even if you're uncertain of its usefulness for you personally. I was very disappointed on that process. The hotel started to feel like an MLM scheme after that experience. No one would take no for an answer.
Other than that the stay was pleasant and we had some good days and great weather. I would likely stay again but immediately shut down any sales offers.

Everything was excellent @ during our stay. Our room was nice .. the bed was comfy, bathroom was spacious, fridge, stove & microwave were clean. We loved the bar counter seating in the kitchen. We enjoyed the outdoor bar & jacuzzi. Beach view from our room was great. We were only steps away from the beach .. excellent!

My wife and I stayed at this beautiful new resort a week for our 31st anniversary!We had an amazing time it was so beautiful it made us feel like we were out of the country! There was a snafu at the beginning concerning our room but that was quickly rectified by the excellent staff members.The only negative thing i can say about this resort is in the brewery the prices were ridiculous!I wanted a Snicker because it really satisfies u however i had to put it back because of the $5 price tag.

This is a beautiful facility, along with being feet away from the beach, the resort in itself offers something for the entire family. Highly recommended.

I wanted to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay. Despite the hotel’s clean, new facilities and its great location, several aspects of my experience fell short.
Firstly, I was disheartened not to receive an upgrade or be recognized for my stay. The check-in process was less than smooth, with issues including not being able to check in earlier and not being on the same floor as my friends. Additionally, the constant noise from the nearby helicopter tour path severely impacted my ability to enjoy the outdoor spaces and balcony.
The front desk staff were not helpful; their responses to inquiries were inconsistent, and there were no directions on where the elevators were or what amenities were offered at the property when I checked in. It felt like a “you’re on your own” attitude, which added to my frustration.
Furthermore, navigating from ground level to the lobby was confusing and would benefit from improved signage.
While the hotel itself has many positive aspects, these issues significantly affected my overall experience. I hope these concerns can be addressed to improve future stays.

The jacuzzi was luke warmn, such a disappointment. The pool was warmer than the jacuzzi.

Beautiful modern new hotel, great pool, plenty of chaise lounges, nice pool bar, lots of parking, easy beach access, friendly staff. Only negative was the constant helicopter noise above.
