Comfortable bed basic room

The rooms are basic, not very well designed in terms of storage space. The frosted glass bathroom door does not allow much privacy. The hotel’s concept is wellness and the rooms have a few workout equipments but our room had most equipment missing. Good blackout shades. The girl at the reception didn’t seem to be working on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. She didn’t smile much and seemed to be doing her job reluctantly.

My stay here was surprisingly comfortable. The room was clean, and the property was well maintained. The fitness center looked great although I did not get an opportunity to use it due to my schedule. The ice and water at the elevator are a great idea! I would like to recognize China for her take charge and leadership abilities. Housekeeping knocked on my door @ 0910, without regard to the Do Not Disturb hanging on the door. I brought this to China's attention. She apologized and assured me that she would handle the incident.

Very comfortable bed and clean room. The bathroom was so clean and great lighting. I went on a romantic getaway with my partner and we had a great time, privacy and comfort. Will definitely book again and recommend.

Breakfast missing basics

Breakfast basics missing (in my case milk) from Tuesday to Friday. Every day staff said they ordered it but it had not come in. Nobody seemed even interested in finding a solution. An unconventional run to the next convenience store could have fixed this problem. Staff either not interested or not empowered to fix small problems.
Surprised by exercise equipment in the room

It was a great surprise to walk into the room and see an exercise bike and TRX like ropes together with videos about how to use the ropes and for what muscular purpose. We had gotten the room as it was conveniently located. The equipment was a huge bonus.
Great hotel, service is wonderful and room was clean and beautiful.

Stayed overnight. Check in was fast and courteous. Room was so clean. Beds were really comfortable. Next morning coffee was excellent and so was tea. Breakfast was quick and tasted good. Front desk checkoutt was really quick.

Great location right off route 15. made it easy to get to our destination. Free extra coffee in the early mornings was great. I liked the plain and flavored water offerings near the front desk. Foam roller in the room was nice to use for a sore back.
