Great Place To Visit Pitt Campus

The Indigo is a great hotel to stay in if you plan on visiting the Pitt campus. It's centrally located so you can get to all the sections of Pittsburgh very easily and the Hotel restaurant was great for breakfast & dinner if you didn't want to venture out. The Hotel itself was new and very clean and the staff was beyond nice and very helpful.
The 3 to 11 Desk agent and auditor were both very lovely

The young lady working 3 to 11 on the desk was incredibly helpful. sent us to a great place to grab a late bite and drink. She was super efficient at check-in and I felt very welcomed by her. The auditor was also lovely and welcoming. We wasn’t getting the same good vibe from the 7 to 3 lady but it was early so there’s that.

Hotel is beautiful. Location is convenient to downtown. Parking is great. Rooms and bathrooms are elegant. Cons. The resturant is understaffed and the sever was rude. For breakfast we waited 20 minutes and never got served. For dinner one night, the server got literally got mad when more people came to our group dinner. The next night we had a reservation for 20- they called our host and cancelled the reservation on us.
Road noise on the side with queen bed is insane! I felt like I was sleeping on the interstate. They moved us to the side with the king bed, and that was better, but messed with our sleeping arrangements since we were a group of 4. Overall great place. Don’t eat there, get a king bed and it will be 10/10.

Generally an amazing experience. I do wish there were more food options in the restaurant which had zero sugar added especially at breakfast.

My husband & I stayed at this location from Xmas Eve thru the day after Xmas. We left to visit Chesapeake for 4 days & returned back to this hotel for another day before heading back to our original home town of Ohio. I am an IHG member & have stayed at plenty IHG properties throughout the USA. This hotel exceeded my expectations. Great location, beautiful staff, great decor inside hotel & on the outside of the property. Great room accommodations & wonderful service. Can’t wait to return in this new year.

Amazing location with wonderful history of the area across the street in the small but quaint park area on the river. The 3 ladies at the front desk were always friendly, available & accommodating. This hotel is beautiful inside & outside. The 2 shuttle drivers were prompt & very professional. The restaurant has amazing food & drinks. Our room was beautifully decorated along with the most amazing bathroom along with the best hot shower I’ve ever had. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the Xmas season, great for amazing photo opportunities. We can’t wait to return back to the Hotel Indigo in Pittsburgh which was our 1st visit to the city but it won’t be our last visit. Our new home away from home.

Nice hotel for price and stay was comfortable. We went to the bar for food after a day out with friends. The bartender was not very nice and complained about the amount of people in the bar as he wanted to close early. Not very good customer service.

I had a wonderful experience at indigo Pittsburgh. It has a wonderful location. Also has a shadowbox that can go downtown anywhere. The service there was friendly and the annuities are new and great.

The hotel was fine, nice decor. The staff was helpful and professional. The bar was convenient but nothing special, we did not eat there. Nice easy place to stay if you have a car, as parking is right next door
