I booked this stay for a baseball tournament. Close proximity to the fields. Hotel was very clean, ac worked great. Quiet atmosphere. Grab and go breakfast was perfect, with plenty of options.

This hotel has a healthy grab and go breakfast included and a really cool custom coffee maker brewed fresh for each cup. We will definitely return to Avid brand hotels.

This hotel is convenient to the highway, and the room is quiet. This hotel provided just what we needed for the night: comfortable bed, clean room, hot shower, free parking, acceptable breakfast, workout space, and friendly staff. This hotel is designed and built to be economical. The design is straight forward and simple, but visually interesting. All of our needs were addressed and we were comfortable. The bathroom was nicely done and spacious when compared to similarly built hotels. The staff accommodated our early arrival and slightly late departure with smiles. The check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient.
Not impress on how my visit ended.

There was bugs in the room. Woke up to room full of rain water. The day clerk was helpful. 'But the night clerk was rude and not helpful about the room filling up with water. His comment was it the weather nothing he can do about it.

Beware of Bed Bugs!

I checked into the hotel. I unpacked and got settled. As soon as I laid down in the bed, I felt a grainy substance near the foot. I pulled back the covers to reveal what looked like bed bug eggs. I also saw spots on the sheets which looked like blood spots from a previous guest. At the very least the sheets were dirty. At the worst they were dirty sheets with bed bugs in them.
They gave me a new room, but I lost nearly a night of sleep as I transferred rooms. The front desk said they would have the room inspected. I asked for the manager to call me to tell me the results of the inspection. The manager never called. It was never resolved. I had to go to the expense of cleaning all my things and disposing of some to avoid risk of transferring them to my home.

Nice clean room everything was good except for beeping from electrical bar and ice machine not working

Hotel was clean and the price was a good value including a good location just off the freeway. The ice machine was broken. Room was a good size. Shower curtain needed to be longer in handicap room, water got all over floor when showering. Audible irritating sound coming from electrical bar bar on side table, was not offered any compensation, or apology.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Ashley opened the breakfast bar early because we had to run a road race. She also gave great directions to navigate around construction!
