We have stayed here several times over the last couple of months as we are relocating to the area and have been house searching. Avid is very clean - the room, bathroom and the common areas. We have a pet that we bring and there has never been any evidence that there were pets in the room previously. The front desk and housekeeping staff are friendly and knowledgable. We have now purchased our home, so will not be staying here, but I would recommend this place for anyone with or without a pet. It is a great value also.

The was a great stay i recommend this hotel clean atmosphere good lighting great but wall are thin but me and my family enjoyed my family kids enjoyed alot of places to eat not far from the hotel game room right down the street

Make sure you know what your room rate before booking. Get it in writing, keep it with you.

The hotel is in a great location, clean rooms friendly staff amazing continental breakfast. I highly recommend this location. It is located within walking distance to the Main Event. Great hotel for your family stay also. Beds are good and comfy For the average person, I just have a bad back. So I am very particular.

Alexis memeriksa kami dengan sangat ramah. Dia memberi tahu kami semua yang perlu kami ketahui tentang masa inap pertama kami di avid dan tampak sangat bangga dalam perannya, sangat manis! Staf saat sarapan dan kru pembersih sama menyenangkannya. Sentuhan ekstra dari begitu banyak kait untuk menggantung barang-barang di kamar sangat bagus.
10/10 pasti!

The front desk girl was very helpful as we arrived in the middle of the night. However, the pillows were like sand, there was no microwave, the shower curtain was 6" too short to keep the water in, the toilet seat was unscrewed a d the breakfast was gone 30 minutes before it was over.

Because I'm have MS and only get around in a handicap mobility chair, my hotel reviews are pretty much the same. I don't know when the message will get through. The handicap accessible room was on the third floor right next to a sign that said do not take elevators in case of a fire and to use stairs. The room did not have a door stop. Try getting through a door in a mobility chair with you luggage. I appreciated that the bathroom had grab bars and the roll in shower was fabulous. The room was very clean and was large and roomy, even with two queen beds. The clerk at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

I booked this stay for a baseball tournament. Close proximity to the fields. Hotel was very clean, ac worked great. Quiet atmosphere. Grab and go breakfast was perfect, with plenty of options.
