A fairly new property so it still feels fresh. Location is key aspect as it allows avoiding the worst of the rush hour traffic patterns.

Very clean. The staff was nice. We always stay here when we come to Bentonville and we highly recommend it
Avoid this hotel at all cost.

I have been and IHG reward member for many, many years and have stayed all over the world in several different brands. This hotel is an embarrassment to the IHG brand. The one and only ice machine for the entire hotel was broken for a week. The swimming pool was green algae for the entire week. The whole Avid brand concept of less is better does not work. The staff, while very pleasant, were not very helpful.

We had stayed at 5 other hotels in the last 16 days ranging from $150-$300 per night and this was my favorite! The staff was friendly and the hotel was quiet and clean. The beds were the perfect balance of firm and soft, there are plenty of pillows, and the blackout shade actually covers the entire window! Its right off the highway and close to many different restaurants and activities. The TV in our room was a Samsung making it easy for me to pair it to my phone to stream.

The hotel room appeared very clean, but definitely had an odor of either feet or dog. The pool definitely needs cleaned. The pumps were not circulating the water that was very green. Disappointed since the main reason we picked this hotel was for the outdoor pool.

This property while fairly new is a one-night stay hotel. More than one night stay, guest will find amenities lacking. You get what you pay for at this property.
