Clean comfortable modern room and bathroom. Plenty of cable channels and decent amenities like coffee, filtered water, snacks, fresh fruit, bagels, muffins, warm egg wraps. Close to public transportation and highway. Located in a good safe neighborhood with plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were always friendly and helpful. This was my 2nd time staying here and it’s my goto when I travel to NY.

I was shocked at the overall experience at this hotel in Brooklyn. I needed to find a hotel that would fit in my company's budget; therefore, I thought I wouldn't get a great hotel. I couldn't have been more wrong. I was in a great location near 5th Avenue, which offers tons of shopping and a wide range of food options. The community was also very friendly. The hotel was very well priced and was very clean. It was a good-sized room for NYC, and they also offered a take-out breakfast. 24-hour coffee is a bonus!

Loved this new addition to IHG in Brooklyn. It's in a quiet, safe, accessible neighborhood. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel with express bus to Manhattan, or bus to subway option... Also very convenient Deli, Bagel shop, Burger, Chinese and Italian restaurants right across the street!

We have stayed at this hotel 4 times and each time was a great stay. The cleanliness and the staff being very helpful always. You know when you walk into a hotel room if it's clean or not. These rooms are always very clean.

Reasonable price point in Brooklyn With good staff

Decent clean mid level price hotel very good service but almost no parking. Breakfast is pretty decent for prepared food. Rooms are small but clean, staff is very nice, small outside sitting area. There is some street parking if you’re lucky. No closets but at least 4-5 hooks that you can hang pants, jackets, dresses. Price is reasonable.

Such a great little hotel in the heart of Brooklyn. The staff was awesome. The room was clean. Sheets were crisp and clean.

I strongly recommend this hotel. Everyone at the hotel is very helpful, kind and accommodating. The rooms are in great conditions, everything looks new and very clean. The staff will go above and beyond to help you with anything that you need.

this hotel was easy to find and located very close to the golf course. The check-in process was quick and I had no issues. The surrounding area has plenty of activities and stores to shop at.

To be honest, it was a very bad experience, the hygiene was very bad, the floor line of the toilet was moldy, and the first day I entered itTo be honest, it was a terrible experience, the cleanliness was terrible, the floor of the toilet was moldy, the first day I saw a stain on the wall of the shower from a previous guest, and I stayed for four days. That there was no housekeeping during my stay? On the second day, someone threw the garbage and changed the clean towels. On the third day, when I came back in the evening, I had to call someone to throw the garbage and change the clean towels. The room was small with only one stool. As a double room, should we sit on the bed? I thought beds were for sleeping. The staff at the front desk did not automatically say hello. Even if I say hello to them, they may not respond to me. Anyway, it was a terrible experience and I would not choose it again or recommend it to friends and family.

Saya datang ke lokasi Brooklyn untuk membantu putri saya pindah ke NYU. Saya telah menggunakan Avid di Alamba dan memiliki pengalaman hebat, jadi saya memutuskan untuk memilihnya lagi untuk masa inap ini. Hotel ini sangat bersih serta kamar, dan stafnya profesional.
