Hotel ini terasa baru dan sangat bersih. Proses check in dan check out sangat efisien. Parkir gratis dan berada di depan, di tempat parkir yang terang benderang.

We came to town for a dog competition and were very happy with the hotel and its services. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly.

This is a nicely kept and clean hotel. The room was a bit small, but it was comfortable. If available, we would probably opt for a larger room, if available. Our room was right across form the elevator which, at first, was a concern though there was no annoying noise due to being so close to it. While the breakfast was good, I prefer something that is less prefab similar to what one would get at some of your other properties. Though the coffee machine was really awesome and it made a very tasteful cup of coffee.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast options were simple and delicious. There was something for everyone in my family. The man who was at reception was friendly and helpful.

Great value and location for the money. Only complaint was that mattresses (we had 2 queens) need replacing.

There were several bugs in our room and in the hallways.
Don’t fall for the 10,000/night point package.

When booking the hotel, this location offers a 10,000 point/night package. This obviously bumps the rate up to do this.
When the points post a couple days later, only the standard points post. Their location never gives the 10,000 point package that I pay for. The management doesn’t return calls when asking about so I have to call the IHG diamond elite service to get the points as goodwill
Very unethical and very poor business practice. I have now cancelled several of my upcoming stays due to their unethical practices.

We booked this hotel two days before a Notre Dame football game so hotel options were limited. I’m glad we found this property. A short drive, 10 - 15 minutes to campus. Good value for the price. Staff was very friendly.

Semua jendela di lobi kotor. check-in tidak dapat menemukan reservasi kami. Dan mereka bersikeras pada $50.00 deposito. Tempat tidur kami usil dan sarapan sangat minim tanpa roti untuk membuat sepotong roti panggang. Dengan tidak ada orang di sekitar untuk meminta beberapa.

Saya pikir pegangan di kamar mandi, tepat di luar kamar mandi, dan di sebelah toilet akan bermanfaat. Juga, kualitas kertas toilet bisa lebih baik.
