Excellent stay

First time staying at this specific brand and it was an excellent experience and stay. The staff were very friendly and positive and the room was very stylish and comfortable. The breakfast grab and go was spot on perfect. Loved my stay.

Convenience

This hotel is convenient to all things Razorback. The front desk ladies had one computer down and were still quick to gett me checked in. I even arrived 15-20 minutes prior to check in and the room was ready!! Lots of hotels keep you waiting even after check in time. The lobby was very welcoming. My room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Soap dispensers not filled.

The hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers were all empty. Reported the issue to the gentleman at the front desk on the morning of Tuesday 8/8. When I returned to the room that evening, the room had been cleaned but the dispensers had still not been refilled. Went back down to the front desk this time there was a lady at the desk, and she was actually helpful and provide me with hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.

This is a nice little place. Convenient to the university. It doesn’t have coffeemakers in the room, but has a great 24/7 coffee machine in the lobby. We would stay here again.

When we arrived to the hotel staff was not friendly at all. We went up to our room and the AC was not even on! It was almost 100 degrees outside. The AC ran all night long and still never brought the room down to a comfortable temp. The coffee was cold that evening. The coffee in the morning was so watered down it looked like tea. Only hot breakfast option was a Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich that was heated from a frozen state. they also offered a breakfast cookie or packaged oatmeal. When I checked out the manager blew me off when I suggested that housekeeping leave the AC on not off

The front desk staff were great! Very welcoming and friendly when we arrived. Our beds and room were comfortable. The ONLY complaint I have about our stay is that the floor of our room was weirdly sticky. (Like a humidity sticky, not spilled juice sticky.) It didn't feel super clean and the bottom of my feet definitely had lint and whatnot stuck to them after walking around the room barefoot post shower. Other than that, our stay was great!

Everything was wonderful from the location to the breakfast.I recommend the location to anyone.The staff was great the check in went was outstanding.

Filthy rooms

Checked in to Avid for the first time. Experienced a bathroom that was disgusting and clearly had not been cleaned in particular the toilet. Moved to a second room. Bathroom again not clean, toilet seat had urine on it and all soap dispensers in the shower were empty. Clearly they aren't cleaning things despite their "guarantee". I will never go back to this place.

Clean and Fresh

We had great customer service thru out our stay. The room was clean and beds very comfortable. Most chain hotels sit close to a noisy freeway but this one is tucked away so very quiet. Our son attends the UofA so this was close to him. Dining and shopping options are close by. Large parking area.
