Over all a good stay. Front desk person was very nice.

There were many things I observed at this hotel that were questionable. I was okay with the staff, as they were courteous and professional with each and every time I made contact. The following items were problems: 1. The one and only ice machine located on the main floor as you enter the hotel was out of order, No sign or notification of this, as we had to ask for ice. None available. 2. The hotel advertized that there was a pool. Under construction is what the sign said on the door, not available to use. 3. The public toilet on the main floor had a smaller toilet seat than what fit the toilet. I have a photo of this if needed. 4. The elevator inspection was past due inspection by several years.

Clean and updated hotel, tv was nice you could stream whatever you wanted on it. Has everything you could need. I loved the location as well. Would stay again for sure

Goldie greeted me at the front desk. She noted that my husband was using a cane and had injured his shoulder. She offered to have someone assist me to get my luggage to the room. (Several times) I was very grateful,

This IHG property has the basics like refrigerator in the room, and coffee is in lobby.

The room was poorly maintained and dirty, although when we neutered it smelled like it was just cleaned with some type of cleaning solutions. It was strong when we entered. One of my keys didn’t work that evening so when I went to the desk the next day to have it activated, she told me that the room we stayed in all night wasn’t the room we were in. She said “that room is empty”. I told her that is absolutely was not and all my stuff and my teens were in the room at that moment. My concern is what if they had assigned someone else that room, while we were in there. That is not ok. I was a lone woman traveling alone with teens, how unsafe for visitors. Also, the breakfast is lacking compared to other hotels in the IHG hotels I have stayed at. Overall I am unhappy with this hotel and would not recommend.

I was an amazing experience. We arrived late evening checked in they offered directions for dinner. In the morning they insisted on us staying for some type of breakfast, checked us out during that and then offered directions to our next location. Amazing!
