Hotel is great, the facilities the coffee the on the go breakfast. But we had a very mayor discomfort and it was the customer service from the woman on the front desk, she was so so rude, shouting to us, it was so bad that I canceled 5nights I had previously booked.

Okay, stay very disappointed there was no pool. What modern hotel has no pool.

Everyone on staff was on point. Property clean and beds were comfortable. Joseph in security was the absolute best. He made sure that the cars were not disturbed, friendly and paying attention. One critique would be that the lobby lacks an ATM, please add one.

Hotel is very nice and convenient. However, I had negative experience at check-in. The customer service was not what I normally experience at an IHG property. I have stayed at this property multiple times because of its convenience.

Very clean hotel. Extremely quiet. Staff is very polite. I tried to have the grab and go breakfast one morning but they start cleaning it up before 10am which is a little disappointing. They have a cafe in the same parking lot that serves amazing breakfast. Tried to do a load of laundry but the washer does not spin. Other than that it was a great hotel overall.

Excelente Hotel y excelente ubicación. Personas muy atentos siempre dispuestos a servir. Muchas gracias al joven quien nos recibió, igualmente a Shatiya y especialmente al Sr Mian persona muy agradable y quien siempre estuvo atento a todo dispuesto a ayudar y servir.

Everything here was amazing. Even the coffee was good. Those working here were wonderful. I really can’t say enough about the entire stay.

Saya senang saya masa inap, stafnya luar biasa dan membuat saya merasa seperti berada di rumah sendiri. Saya akan sangat merekomendasikan!!!!!! Saya meninggalkan barang yang sangat sentimental di kamar dan saya secara pribadi menelepon untuk memberi tahu saya bahwa mereka telah menemukannya.

Sangat bersih. Tempat tidur sangat nyaman! Sarapan sedikit kurang tapi untuk harga hotel saya tidak mengeluh. Itu terutama untuk pergi pilihan dan beberapa oatmeal instan dan sereal.

Hotel Avid yang sangat bagus. Staf yang semua sangat ramah dan membantu. kamar itu sangat bersih dan sempurna untuk kebutuhan saya. Hotel sangat baik terus dan sarapan gratis dan parkir pasti plus. Saya pasti akan masa inap di sana lagi ketika saya datang ke Fort Worth.
