Love the architecture

Really enjoyed my stay! The room was spacious, clean and comfy — exactly what we needed after a very long flight from Asia. Staff were all friendly and accommodating, and check-in was smooth. Location was also a plus —It was very close to Frankfurt Hbf. The area around the hotel felt a bit unsafe, especially at night. There were quite a few people loitering nearby who seemed to be under the influence. I didn’t feel comfortable walking alone. If you’re planning to stay here, just be cautious and aware of your surroundings.

Property and staff were excellent.

Overall our experience was exactly what I wanted and expected. Property is well managed and staff are very attentive. I was escorting 3 young people and at not time did I have any concerns for their safety and comfort.

I strongly recommend any visitor to this property go and visit Dakota. It's and Italian bistro down the block. Food and service were 10 out of 10.

Nice hotel, sketchy neighborhood

Great staff, nice facilities, clean & comfortable, free coffee all day, so what’s not to like? The surrounding neighborhood with a profusion of homeless drug addicts, at least by appearance. No one bothered us, but we did not feel entirely comfortable walking down certain blocks leading to or from the hotel. Area around the Hauptbahnhoff is undergoing transition & has some pretty rough edges…

Quality hotel in excellent location

Warm, friendly welcome in this modern, comfortable hotel, ideally located for the Hauptbahnhof and so easy to reach other parts of the city.

OK rooms in a bad neighborhood!

The rooms look updated but the hotel is in a bad neighborhood. We had to find an alternate route to avoid the homeless and drug deals. It’s also close to the red light district, so be careful walking in the evening. The rooms are also small and difficult to navigate with 2 people and luggage. It was definitely not worth what we paid. They are trying to make the neighborhood better, I hope that happens because it could be a decent hotel. There’s a new pizza place right by the hotel which has amazing food! The hotel referred us there and that was a plus!

Great Location for rail travel

Great location for the railway station although in a not very appealing street.
Breakfast is Ok but very carbo oriented.
Rooms do not have a dest so unsutiable for business purposes unless you are happy to work with you laptop open in the common area on the ground floor.
I will stay again.
A/C did NOT work at all which is a problem during such a hot period but was OK for one night.

Although the property is not a full service one but yet inspite limitations offered very good experience. The staff were very helpful,good food and clean rooms.

Modern hotel, nice breakfast location

I like this hotel because it is very much down town and well located.
But you need to be aware off that it is in the middle of the red light and drug district of Frankfurt. In general this are is very nice and the city goverment is doing all in their power to make this are look better.

Avoid like the plague-spoilt my long weekend

Located close to main railway station but area surrounded by drug addicts, drunks and undesirable people. Bar/restaurant was closed, not as advertised. Room cramped and poorly designed. No space to work, open storage. No in room drink facilities. Bathroom big but badly designed and not fit for purpose. Shower curtains, not glass walls. Whole floor gets soaked. Difficult to press single soap/shampoo bottles. Hairdryer too close to water. Little space to put toiletries. Limited stock in shop at reception. Nowhere near as good as sister hotels in other German cities.

To be honest my stay was amazing nice. I have experience staying at multiple hotels in the world’s. Trust me your hotel is nice. Very nice.

Nice beautiful hotel and clean and safe. My stay was pleasant and comfortable. Very close to the center city and central stations for the local trains and regional trains.also very convenient to go for restaurants and shopping……….
