Schickes Hotel entsprechend dem Niu Standard. Freundliches Personal und sehr gutes Frühstück! Tiefgarage mit Doppelpark-System aber mit großzügigen Dimensionen. Wenn man den Weg vom Bahnhof über den Durchgang zu Fuß von der Düsseldorfer Str. aus wählt, bleibt einem auch ein Großteil des Elends des Bahnhofsviertels erspart.

The hotel is new and modern with efficiently designed rooms suitable for rest and sleep. I was really surprised and enjoyed unique features of this Niu: free coffee tea in a common area with really good loose tea being offered; the ability to use a shared refrigerator downstairs; the ability to get ice in the bar on my own. My room was quiet, in spite of the hotel being located in a train station area. Staff were foreign, but professional, helpful and personable. I had a wonderful stay!

I was very happy with everything inside the doors of this hotel. The staff is great, and I mean *great!* Very helpful and friendly. The hotel is immaculate - housecleaning is really on the ball. The breakfast buffet is slightly above average, which means it's good: if most places weren't average, it wouldn't be the average.
Unfortunately, this hotel is one block over from Frankfurt's skid row. There were loud people on the street, and the skid row itself is awful: people sleeping on the sidewalk near feces, apparent drug addicts, sleazy sex shops, and no-tell hotels.
If you're looking for an inexpensive, yet nice, hotel near the train station - and don't mind a rough neighborhood - you've come to the right place. If you're traveling with your family and making Frankfurt your base, book a hotel farther from the train station and accept that you'll spend $20-30 per day in taxis back and forth as the cost of doing business.

I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent arrival experience. While I am generally satisfied with the room and overall facilities, I was quite disappointed with the service at the reception.
I arrived at the hotel around 4:00 PM. Unfortunately, there was no greeting upon my arrival. When I approached the front desk, the receptionist did not acknowledge me with a “hello” or any form of welcome. Instead, he simply stated, “Please wait a moment.”
I waited directly in front of the reception desk, but no one called me to proceed with the check-in. After noticing that other guests were being checked in, I decided to return to the desk. Only then did another staff member assist me with the check-in process.
Regrettably, the lack of basic courtesy and attention made me feel unwelcome.
I believe that a warm and professional reception is essential, particularly as it sets the tone for the rest of the stay.

Benar-benar menikmati masa inap saya! kamar luas, bersih, dan nyaman - persis seperti yang kami butuhkan setelah penerbangan yang sangat panjang dari Asia. Staf semua ramah dan membantu, dan check-in lancar. Lokasi juga merupakan nilai tambah — Itu sangat dekat dengan Frankfurt Hbf. Area di sekitar hotel terasa agak tidak aman, terutama di malam hari. Ada beberapa orang yang berkeliaran di dekatnya yang tampaknya berada di bawah pengaruh. Saya tidak merasa nyaman berjalan sendirian. Jika Anda berencana untuk masa inap di sini, berhati-hatilah dan waspadai lingkungan Anda.

Secara keseluruhan pengalaman kami persis seperti yang saya inginkan dan harapkan. Properti dikelola dengan baik dan staf sangat penuh perhatian. Saya mengawal 3 anak muda dan saya tidak pernah khawatir akan keselamatan dan kenyamanan mereka.
Saya sangat menyarankan setiap pengunjung ke properti ini pergi dan mengunjungi Dakota. Ini dan bistro Italia di ujung blok. Makanan dan layanan 10 dari 10.

Staf hebat, fasilitas bagus, bersih & nyaman, kopi gratis sepanjang hari, jadi apa yang tidak disukai? Lingkungan sekitarnya dengan banyak pecandu narkoba tunawisma, setidaknya berdasarkan penampilan. Tidak ada yang mengganggu kami, tetapi kami tidak merasa sepenuhnya nyaman berjalan menyusuri blok tertentu menuju atau dari hotel. Area di sekitar Hauptbahnhoff sedang mengalami transisi & memiliki beberapa tepi yang cukup kasar…

Sambutan hangat dan ramah di hotel modern dan nyaman ini, berlokasi ideal di Hauptbahnhof dan sangat mudah menjangkau bagian lain kota.

Kamar terlihat diperbarui tetapi hotel ini berada di lingkungan yang buruk. Kami harus menemukan rute alternatif untuk menghindari transaksi tunawisma dan narkoba. Itu juga dekat dengan distrik lampu merah, jadi berhati-hatilah berjalan di malam hari. Kamarnya juga kecil dan sulit dinavigasi dengan 2 orang dan barang bawaan. Itu pasti tidak sepadan dengan apa yang kami bayar. Mereka berusaha membuat lingkungan lebih baik, saya harap itu terjadi karena itu bisa menjadi hotel yang layak. Ada tempat pizza baru tepat di sebelah hotel yang memiliki makanan luar biasa! Hotel merujuk kami ke sana dan itu adalah nilai tambah!

Lokasi bagus untuk stasiun kereta api meskipun di jalan yang tidak terlalu menarik.
Sarapannya OK tapi sangat berorientasi pada carbo.
Kamar tidak memiliki tujuan sehingga tidak cocok untuk tujuan bisnis kecuali Anda senang bekerja dengan laptop Anda terbuka di area umum di lantai dasar.
Saya akan masa inap lagi.
A/C tidak bekerja sama sekali yang merupakan masalah selama periode panas tapi OK untuk satu malam.

Although the property is not a full service one but yet inspite limitations offered very good experience. The staff were very helpful,good food and clean rooms.

I like this hotel because it is very much down town and well located.
But you need to be aware off that it is in the middle of the red light and drug district of Frankfurt. In general this are is very nice and the city goverment is doing all in their power to make this are look better.
