This was our first stay at a Avid hotel even though we a loyal IHG fans. We were pleasantly surprised. The room, although small, was very clean as was the bathroom. Since it was a one night stay while we were traveling it was sufficient for a restful night. The front desk personnel were pleasant to deal with and made check-in quick. I found the breakfast lacking but the coffee was very good. The one disappointment was no coffee service in the room which is common in almost every hotel these days. Overall, a good value for your money and worth a stay as long as you are not expecting Ritz-Carlton amenities.

Everything was clean and tidy. The internet was fast enough to check work e-mails but not fast enough to watch streaming on my laptop without buffering.

For a new hotel the furniture should not have been stained. Housekeeping should’ve also done a more thorough job. It was obvious they did just enough to flip the room.

Great location, clean hotel with a simple complimentary breakfast with plenty of choices. Bed was comfy, pillows could have been better. Bathroom was clean and love the Dove products provided. Nice staff except for the one female in the morning who checked me out. Very rude and seemed bothered she had to do her job and step back inside from her smoke break.

Front desk cancelled my reservation in 9 minutes because she said I didn’t answer the phone after she tried charging my card before I arrived. The customer service support line stated themselves that they weren’t supposed to do that. All of this happened because they wanted to give my room to someone else.

kamar itu bagus, nyaman dan tampaknya cukup bersih. Fasilitas lainnya juga bagus. Kelemahan utama yang akan saya perhatikan adalah bahwa kursi toilet di kamar kami terlalu kecil untuk toilet. Hal ini mengakibatkan bibir depan mangkuk mencuat jauh dibandingkan dengan tempat duduknya. Ini akan membuat duduk tidak nyaman dan tidak sehat. Kedengarannya seperti ini mungkin juga terjadi pada salah satu kamar lain tempat teman-teman kita menginap.

Layanan cepat, staf yang sangat membantu. Kamar sangat bersih lokasi dekat dengan jalan raya dan pusat perbelanjaan. IHG One Rewards Access cepat dari tempat parkir ke hotel, cukup terang dengan pintu masuk dekat. Akan terus menggunakan lokasi ini ketika tinggal di Grovetown untuk mengunjungi keluarga.

Surprised this was a very nice hotel especially for the money. My only issue they seem to use a matress cover without plastic in it so the bed wS too warm.

The front desk staff was excellent. The room was clean and useful for our stay. If we were to travel that way again, we would stop here.
