expensive hotel with poor facilities and staff

nice hotel in a nice little town of Harleem. No car park - in a hotel in a small town is very poor. But the main annoyance was the reception person on that evening - totally useless and unknowledgeable about much. He could even guid us to the nearest carpark. When i pay 135 euros for the night i expect the hotel to employ people with the brain

Beautiful location, 5 minutes for the center, 7 minutes for the train station, Nodir from the reception staff was helpful, Fati from the house keeping staff does a wonderful work, the breakfast was delicious and lots of variation and of course Mo the night manager is wonderful person

Unforgettable experience started from the most warm welcome! Room preferences was sufficiently followed. Membership status was recognized, I got feeling as really valued guest.

Nous avons passé une nuit agréable, les lits sont confortables et la chambre très spacieuse. La fenêtre donnait sur une cour et c'était très calme. Petite suggestion : mettre une bouteille d'eau à disposition dans la chambre mais c'est un détail. Merci au personnel pour sa gentillesse.

Net over de gracht vanuit het centrum, een prima hotel met fijne medewerkers. Dank aan de altijd lachende receptionist, die dienstbaar en hartelijkheid op nummer 1 heeft. De kamers zijn ruim schoon en genoeg. Het ontbijt is prima met veel keus.
Ik kom graag snel weer terug.

Pilihan yang baik untuk IHG One Rewards Access mudah ke kota tua di Haarlem. Stafnya ramah dan selalu tersedia untuk menjawab pertanyaan. Tempat tidur sangat nyaman - lebih suka kursi untuk beanbag dan kami menemukan sarapan mahal. Jika tidak, pilihan yang baik dan harga terjangkau.
