first we ever heard of Avid. Website is genuine, it is exactly how you see it. But it doesn’t give you the whole picture!!! WOW! The STAFF is truly what puts the icing on the cake!! They were on point with everything!! From the moment we walked in we were treated with a big smile and welcome!! I tell you they truly made the stay an excellent experience!!

Saya sangat menyukai properti dan semua karyawannya sangat baik. Saya ingin mengucapkan terima kasih kepada Felecia karena telah memperbolehkan saya check in lebih awal dan kepada petugas meja 3-11 karena telah bersabar menunggu saya setiap malam dan mengambilkan handuk bersih saya setiap malam.

Kami tidak yakin apa yang diharapkan di Avid karena ini adalah pertama kalinya kami menginap, tetapi kami mendapat kejutan yang menyenangkan. Hotelnya bersih dan tenang, dan stafnya sangat penuh perhatian dan ramah. Kami menikmati sarapan sederhana namun berlimpah dan sangat menyukai area kopi 24-jam. Secara keseluruhan, ini merupakan masa inap yang menyenangkan dan kami akan menginap lagi jika ke Hattiesburg.

Sangat bersih dan nilainya luar biasa!

Kami menikmati masa inap yang menyenangkan di hotel ini. Stafnya sangat ramah dan menyambut. Lokasi bagus dan terasa aman. Penerangan baik, parkir gratis. Kamar dan lobi serta pusat kebugaran sangat bersih. Sarapannya enak dan banyak pilihan. Pembuat es dan tempat pengisian ulang botol air dan barang-barang yang perlu dibeli jika Anda ingin camilan. Kopi tersebut digiling hingga halus dan rasanya lezat. Tempat tidur dan bantal yang sangat nyaman dengan tirai gelap

The front staff were very friendly and courteous. The lobby was clean and welcoming. Unfortunately, that’s where it stopped being nice.
I was place right next to the elevator which, is in my preferences not to be. I let that go because the hotel was not even close to full and thought it wouldn’t be an issue.
The worst part was that the room had the worst pet odor! Normally, I would go down and ask for another room. However, I was traveling with my sister who is severely disabled and it is difficult to change courses. We were also both very tired and only staying the night. Sorry, I will not be back.

Wonderful beds, will stay again in the future

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Avid in Hattiesburg MS. Due to the nature of our visit we didn't really have time to check out all of the amenities the hotel offered, but the beds were very comfortable, the rooms were clean and decorated nicely, and the breakfast that we were able to take a quick look at one morning seemed like a good selection.

Our only issue was that, after our first night's stay we found out that the room's air conditioning didn't work properly. It would cut on for a bit then cut off after a little while, then had to be manually turned on again at the unit itself, the wall thermostat couldn't communicate to it or something. But, the front desk associate that we talked to, Dakota, was quick to check it over and try a possible solution, and when it turned out that did not work he was able to change us to a different room without any hassle. He did an amazing job and was super nice.

Already mention my issue earlier about housekeeping n shower pressor very low n in breakfast could have been little for vegetarian people. Like plain biscuits.

Everyone is so nice. The rooms always clean never had a problem when I stay here. Must hotels I have been to in hattiesburg had hair in the bed strains on sheets, my daughter bite by bedbugs & tub dirty. So this hotel is alway my go to.

I was very pleased with my business stay. I found everything suitable. I had been a long time Best Western lodger, but I think its time for a change.

Loved the hotel experience. I would visit again and stay here. The overall breakfast was great. The housekeeping service was awesome. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, I did have AC issues. I do recommend hotel stay.
