my stay was damper when i arrive and check in took longer then expected then I enter my room the door was of the hedges that leads to the patio i was not told but decided to stay sense we had a private entrance. As the stay progress the room had multiple issues as the fireplace was loud and and tricky too turn on the surround system was not fully connected. During my stay i was charge twice for roof top services i did not sign for as well as sundries. Thank god i look at my bill. The last straw was when my room was broken into and i had housekeeping management lie several times about who it was and as well complain how i had loud music in the penthouse i was staying. Trying to justify the issue of someone breaking in i have yet to speak to management after calling several times.sad taht beautiful hostel can’t be manage correctly. Not to mention the many spiders in the patio area.

Although the surrounding area is a bit variable block by block, the hotel is well located to access multiple museums. It is well kept and well managed. It worked out very well mixing business and pleasure.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The rooftop restaurant was amazing and the servers made me feel wonderful! Location is lovely and I I will be back!!

I have been loyal since 1995. I thought I did everything right. I called the hotel prior. I physically went to the hotel the day prior. All communications and still wasn’t able to get an early check in. Then the front desk continued a rant in a back and forth when I simply stated I felt she was perhaps stressed because she was reprimanding me in front of an employee. Then I asked for a late check out 2. Was told yes in person then told no then was told because of my status yes. I just had my family leave. Great hotel, but the frustration was not worth the experience. Plus my medical practice is opening down the street. Great for our visiting teams, but not interested. I will chose another place to stay.

Overall, this is a nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay. However, the pool is much smaller than pictured and is surrounded by tables from the restaurant which made it uncomfortable for my kids to swim.

Excellent choice if you are looking for a hotel close to UCLA. 20 minutes from campus on a straight drive. Has EV charging provided by the Valet. All parking is Valet. Roof top pool and restaurant are nice. Restaurant is small. Not fine dining but good breakfast. Did not try any other meal. Tea and coffee lounge area
is excellent, available 24/7. hot coffee only during the day but cold brewed coffee is on tap

The sofa beds are outdated. You will not sleep. The first night I was switched to a two-person occupancy room for a 3-person reservation. A flimsy roll-away bed was brought up after I reminded the front desk that my reservation was for 3. The next night we were moved to the originally-booked room—but the sofa bed there was awful. So spent three nights sleeping horribly. I was expecting a comfortable sofa bed considering the brand and the price I paid.

Highly recommend this property. The hospitality, food, drinks and service are all outstanding. The rooms are very comfortable and modern. The staff are exceptional. Highly recommend!

Tempat yang bagus untuk masa inap dan pembicara yang indah dan lubang api adalah inklusi yang bagus untuk malam yang dingin di LA. Saya pasti akan kembali dalam waktu dekat.

Secara keseluruhan menyukai staf hotel ini yang ramah tidak berisik atapnya indah dengan pemandangan yang sangat bagus. kamar sangat bersih dan terpelihara setiap hari. Kamar mandi adalah satu-satunya kejatuhan karena tidak ada daya sehingga akan memakan waktu cukup lama untuk mengeluarkan sampo atau kondisioner dari rambut Anda sepenuhnya. Tapi selain itu saya pasti akan merekomendasikan hotel ini kepada siapa pun yang mengunjungi Hollywood kami menemukan kami cukup sentral untuk semuanya menjadi hanya 10-20 menit di dalam mobil.

kamar yang bagus. Tampilkan/tab - bukan favorit saya. Sulit untuk masuk dan keluar. Jam memiliki getaran vintage dan tidak yakin apakah itu berfungsi dengan baik atau tidak.
Area teras bagus tetapi kunci pintu teras sangat buruk. Itu hampir tidak memegang.
