Ik had een suite besteld maar kreeg wegen renovatie een standaard kamer die erg klein was met als tegemoetkoming 1 consumptie en dat is erg karig. Het is beter om de kamers wegens renovatie niet aan te bieden. Bovendien is de keuken zeer beperkt enkel een voorverpakte pizza of flamkuche uit de oven is er te krijgen.
Great Place to Stop Over for 1 Night

Lovely friendly staff at check-in, made you feel very welcome. This is a great hotel for a stop over but you wouldn't want to stay more than 1 night because the rooms are VERY small (which I did know prior to booking). However, it was clean and I just needed somewhere to lay my head on a long trip.

We always love coming to this hotel! The only thing that I would have to mention is the little amount of space in the room for our bags, but it’s always a very comfortable stay aside from that.
Quick and Quite Stay

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The staff was warm and friendly. She was very helpful answering our questions about the area. The room was clean, yet extremely small, yet it is an European style hotel. Parking was very expensive considering the location and compared to other hotels. However, we would stay here again.
Far from Holiday Inn Standard Worldwide

I do not recommend this hotel for business travellers.
When I booked this hotel, i thought I booked a Holiday Inn at "The Niu Square" in Mannheim Germany. In fact, this is misleading as The Niu seems to be a sub-brand of IHG that must mean "inferior standard".
Let's first talk about the room: very very small, had to walk sidewards between the wall and the bed; no desk and chair to seat with laptop open and do some work; no fridge; no coffee machine; shower in the bedroom has no door so the whole floor of the bathroom gets a huge puddle; one product fit all for shampoo, conditioner and shower gel; no wash cloath.
Now, about the restaurant, the food menu is limited to 4 items (2 pizzas and 2 flameküche). On the night I had dinner there one of the items was not available. It is frozen food reheated. At breakfast, there was not enoguh hot food for the quantity of people having breakfast. It was not replennished fast enough. On my second morning I waited more than 20 minutes for bacon and I finally had my eggs and left without having any.

Alles lief entspannt ab. Kein Grund für irgendwelche "Beschwerden". Den Platz zwischen dem Fußende des Bettes und der Wand empfand ich als etwas schmal. Das Zimmer war angenehm temperiert (am bisher heißesten Tag des Jahres).

I stayed at this wonderful hotel for one night due to my business engagement and frankly speaking I will consider it my home in my coming visits. This is due to the receptionist Mr Abdulrahman who made my visit and stay very wonderful one. My brother lost his wallet and found by your staff Abdulrhman he came to my brother room and handed him his wallet
