Comfy beds are my big determination on how I do or do not like my stay because that is the purpose for a hotel.
I love the beds, the rooms are clean and smell fresh and the hotel staff was very helpful. I’ll definitely be back.
Luxurious stay, without paying a ridiculous amount

This has been one of the most affordable stays I have ever had with luxury experience, without actually spending hundreds of dollars as I would have in an luxury hotel.

Hotel is nice but, hot premade biscuits don't hit it with a choice of power bars

I felt safe. Front Desk staff were very attentive and helpful. The rooms were clean, had plenty of supplies, bed was comfortable, shower had great pressure and volume, breakfast had good options, environment was mostly quiet overnight.

Although we were there for just one night, our stay was quite comfortable. The hotel looked new even though it is 4 years old. The hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the curtains were blackout which was very nice.
Nice place to rest with out breaking the bank

we were in town for funeral plans. tired and arrived at 4am we were greeted and checked in quickly and were able to rest. Vanessa was great in assisting with extending our stay and the front desk clerk on our first morning there was amazing assisting in finding a chair for he shower for my husband to use. just wish the breakfast options were better.

Ini adalah tujuan saya ketika saya masa inap di Midland. Staf yang ramah. Kamar bersih. Parkir truk. IHG One Rewards Access mudah ke toko serba ada 24 jam. Walmart dan restoran dekat.

Ini adalah salah satu masa inap hotel terbaik yang pernah saya alami dalam beberapa saat. Staf Front Desk sangat membantu, dan kamar saya bersih, tenang, dan Nyaman. Sarapan adalah persis apa yang saya harapkan di Avid Hotel (kebanyakan ambil dan bawa pergi seperti granola bar, sereal, buah, dan yogurt serta sandwich dan burrito sarapan panas). Lokasi ini tepat di interstate tetapi sangat tenang.

The temperatures in the Permian Basin are high and the hotel did not have ice. No ice! Room 308 was hot. The hallway was much cooler. Water pressure did not exist unless you wanted to take a very hot shower. You come in from working in the sun all day and want to cool off and the cold water is a drip. The turn around of staff is ridiculous. The past staff would at least mention my Gold Elite status. This status did not. In the past walking into the room, the television would have my name and a welcome message and this time around nothing. Elevators and floors were dirty.
Sewage smell

I was excited to see a new IHG property in Midland. I really wanted to like this property. Although it was new & clean, the know sewage problem was unbearable after being transferred to two different bedrooms. I woke up to the disgusting smell. I immediately checked out and stayed at a much better nearby sister property. If the sewage problem can be fixed, I would stay again since it’s new and the price is good.

The room is very clean lines, modern and minimalist. The small refrigerator doesn't have a freezer section. No closets or dressers. Not meant for extended stay. Wish it was cheaper than $100 a night. Great breakfast selection.
