the facility was clean and modern easy off Rt 40 near the Airport the parking was easy and many resturants close, the people were friendly. IT is a bit odd combined with Holiday Inn Express at elevators and breakfast but very good overall will recommend this site

Good location. Great staff!! Very professional and accommodating. Shout out to Renee, Jacob, Izzy & Ashton!! Safe didn’t work. Guy immediately came and reset it. We ended up not using it but, it turned out to be damaged (they were supposed to replace it when we left) Refrigerator was not cold when we got there (turns out it was unplugged lol)

My go-to place!

My niece's family lives in Mt. Juliet and I always stay at this Avid hotel. Always clean, comfortable bed, friendly staff. The room is perfect for my needs.

Great check in experience. Lizzy (person who checked us in) was very helpful and very nice. Room was clean and comfortable actually pretty and light (not dark and dreary). Will definitely stay here again when I go to Nashvile.

Customer service was above expectations. The young man at the checking in was friendly and welcoming.
I did not care for the breakfast. Not used to pre-packaged sandwiches.

Hotel bersih, staf yang ramah, sarapan ambil & pergi, memiliki kolam renang dan kamar olahraga. Sangat merekomendasikan.

Tempat tidurnya cukup nyaman. TV TIDAK mampu melakukan casting meskipun dikatakan demikian. Sarapan sangat minim karena mereka kehabisan makanan. Tidak ada krim untuk kopi, tidak ada campuran cokelat panas, dan tidak ada teh tanpa kafein. Konter minumannya kotor.
