Our stay was quick and straightforward. Check-in and checkout were smooth, with staff available at the front desk around the clock. The room, including the bathroom, was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the convenient charging ports by the bed. However, we noticed 10–20 cars in the parking lot with broken windows upon arrival, which was concerning. Staff informed us that vehicle break-ins occur frequently at night, so we brought all of our belongings inside for safety.

I stayed at this hotel because I was going to a concert in town. The staff was nice and the hotel was clean and comfortable. I personally had no issues but the next morning a lot of cars were broken into and broken glass was everywhere so be weary of that before choosing to stay.
Great stay, ALWAYS!!

This hotel is convenient to the airport. We park and stay because it's safe, reasonably priced and they offer shuttle service. The rooms aren't elaborate, but they are super clean and all you need for your stay. The staff is helpful and courteous. A quality that's hard to find.

Immediately had to change rooms due to smelling like smoke and loud noise. The location was fine for staying at the airport but the front desk woman agent was rude. The airport shuttle took us to the airport did not come for pickup waited
1.5 hrs. Had to uber back for our car. Would not stay here again or recommend

Our stay was definitely a 5 star! The staff was personable, helpful and very upbeat! We stayed for 5 days and it was definitely a pleasure. I love the fact that their sister hotel was on the same property and we were able to use their facilities too!

Stayed on a parking fly package. No hotel was clean and comfortable. Affordable alternative to long term parking at the airport. Great service from the shuttle drivers will definitely use this service again

Everything was great. The room was clean, check in was easy, my car was safe while we were gone. It was very easy to get a ride to the airport and back when we landed. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

Lamona was excellent upon check-in. She was very accommodating and friendly. She answered all of our questions with such a great attitude to make sure we were fully accommodated.

The hotel was in very good conditions like brand new. Room and public areas were clean. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Location was good as well, it was pretty easy to get around, including downtown. Breakfast was good.
