Found live roaches and they had to change our room.

Bad housekeeping manager!

I have stayed here numerous nights and think the housekeeping manager Tosha doesn't do a good job, I have asked her to clean my room and she said she would and when i came back it was not done and the next day i asked again and she said ok but sent someone else to do it. I just don't feel like she did not care about me trying to get my room cleaned and acted like I was bothering her. Not good customer service on her behalf.
Overall my experience was good with the other staff members and the hotel and it's a shame one person would make me give two stars, because without the housekeeping issue it would've been a five star stay.

Hotelnya terletak beberapa mil di kota. Stafnya sangat baik. Hotel dan kamarnya sangat bersih dan nyaman. Kamarnya kecil tetapi cukup untuk bergerak. Kami tidur sangat nyenyak, kecuali suara bising dari sepeda motor yang lewat. Sarapannya enak dan mengenyangkan. Pria muda yang bekerja di bagian sarapan memastikan semuanya lengkap dan bersih.

Clean, Comfortable, and Good Value

We enjoy are stay. Ample large towels, clean room, comfortable beds, personable staff, good amenities, and the WiFi was great. 24-coffee and tea. Water bottle refilled with still and sparkling water. Breakfast was fine for something quick. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. Only complaint was the traffic from a major intersection and lots of ambulance traffic from the nearby medical center. Possibly was just my particular room location. Overall it wasn’t just terrible.

We enjoyed our stay. We was on our way to our cruise in Port Canaveral it was only 2 hours away so it was perfect for us.

Stayed here for one night. Hotel is clean! There is no hot breakfast, which I didn’t mind. The only thing that made my stay unpleasant was the inconvenience of not having a microwave in the room. That is my fault however for not checking prior to booking the room. This was my first time staying at an Avid hotel and I was traveling with an infant. Having to keep going down to the lobby to warm bottles was irritating. However, beside not having a microwave, the hotel is nice budget friendly accommodation and the staff was pleasant!

Convenient, affordable, no hassle, we stayed here to avoid the added traffic for weekend game in Gainesville. This was in a decent area. Bed was comfortable, tv would not connect, there was no one to fix, does not really affect anything.

Great front desk staff!

I have stayed at this hotel a few times in the past however there was so much different this time, whatever the hotel has done with management and the overall expierence at this hotel has changed for the better so much! I have never felt so welcome in any of my previous stays.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, great pricing. I’ve stayed here multiple times on my way to FL from GA. Will continue to brag on this location.
