I really liked the location and the cost was affordable. The staff was very friendly, and everything was super clean. Check in/out was very easy. Great experience overall!

Outside doors don't work. Only one of the 2 elevators worked. Bathroom door drug floor. TV sound was tinny. Wifi access hard to get ti. No streaming. Be careful: no microwave of coffee in room.
Access is hard to get to. Desk help is non existent. Playing on phone a lot at night

I can't speak highly enough of the staff at this hotel. Check in was easy and the personnel were efficient and friendly. Housekeeping was seen often vacuuming & cleaning. Although there were several people coming and going in the breakfast area, it was kept extremely clean. Staff was constantly seen replenishing the items in the breakfast area. The rooms were spacious and provided guests with appropriate lighting, USB ports, & clean restrooms. We would absolutely stay at this hotel again.

Highly recommended, Tim is great, very helpful and professional. Quick drive to many restaurants and grocery stores. Rooms quiet, beds comfy and pillows great. Shower has great water pressure. Free coffee and tea all day.

I love staying at Avid facilities. Always clean. Always friendly staffing. Ive had the pleasure of staying in the Round Rock, TX facility numerous times. Always a pleasant experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean and well maintained. I'll always choose an Avid Hotel when available!
