Helpful and friendly staff. Room and bathroom were larger than I expected. Workout facility met my needs. Room rate was significantly cheaper than other nearby properties. Location right off I-24 was super convenient.

Hotel location is good and it’s a clean place. Breakfast is very minimal. However, I will never choose or recommend this hotel. We arrived after a concert at just after midnight. The occupants above us sounded like they walked around their room all night. I wasn’t able to sleep my first 2 nights. The last night must have had different occupants as it was finally quiet until 5:47 am. I even used earplugs on night 2 but I could still hear footsteps constantly. Hotels need to go back to good construction with more concrete.

I recently stayed at the Avid Hotel in Smyrna, Tennessee, and while the hotel itself was clean and well-kept — with impressively soft sheets and a cozy atmosphere — the real standout was the service. Kurt, the young gentleman working at the front desk during my stay, was one of the kindest and most genuinely helpful hotel staff members I’ve ever encountered. I spent quite a bit of time in the lobby and had the chance to watch him assist several guests — each time with a level of patience, politeness, and authenticity that really stood out. He wasn’t over the top, just consistently thoughtful and attentive in a way that felt real — not the typical “scripted” kind of nice you often see. While the bed itself could’ve been a little more supportive, the overall experience was wonderful thanks to how clean and welcoming the hotel was — and especially because of Kurt’s excellent service. I hope the management recognizes what a gem they have in him.
Comfort, Design, and Hospitality with Easy Access to Metro Nashville

This property feels new and we loved the design and aesthetics. We had everything we needed for a comfortable, clean stay while traveling for soccer. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful at check-in, and the free breakfast was the better than many of the paid options available at other similar properties. Also, the hotel's location right off I-24 provides easy access to Murfreesboro as well as the rest of the metropolitan Nashville area.

The guest service was excellent made me feel comfortable being there. Very nice and clean as well. Loved your the room it was great for me. I don’t eat lot of thing but at breakfast they have a small but great variety of things.

From the first time we met at the front desk with check-in staff, we felt welcome and valued. Our requests for ground floor were accommodated and we were given a restaurant recommendation that fit the bill. Our stay was made exciting due to tornado warnings but, during the chaos, all guests gathered in ground floor hallways. Staff monitored the warning and informed us when safe to return to our rooms. We stay in AVID Hotels wherever they are available … great value, excellent service and welcoming hospitality staff.
This location gets better with every visit

My experience at the avid Hotel in Smyrna, TN was absolutely phenomenal in every way! From the super helpful and accommodating gentleman at the front desk at check-in, to the amazing housekeeping staff, all the way to the awesome complimentary hot breakfast - I literally have zero complaint! A big thank you to everyone who helped make what was a very difficult trip, an really easy and stress free stay
