This Avid hotel was so nice! There were no complaints! The staff if super nice! Smiles and hellos always!!! T. T. And Hunter were especially special to us!!!

We enjoyed staying at Avid. Customer service was great. Room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Being pet friendly was a plus for us. Still a clean hotel with accepting pets. Convenient to highway too. Highly recommend.

I stay here anytime I am in town for work. As expected the staff was very helpful and attentive, the price was affordable, and the hotel was clean and neat.

Faster check in. Lady was on front desk was very king . Pool is open / coffee 24 hours. Breakfast is great. Lobby area it’s comfortable, clean and nice .. outside furniture was a little dirty because there is a lot of dogs. But overall everything was good.

People raved about this hotel on the website saying it was brand new, extremely clean, etc. which is why we stopped here on our way to the beach.
Although our room was fairly clean, other than any stainless surfaces, such as the door knob, etc., we found the common areas, such as the elevator, elevator doors and some hallway walls to be pretty dirty. The stainless surface of the elevator doors and buttons were actually disgusting. I grabbed some wipes out of my car and carried those around. ‍️ Would not stay here again.

Breakfast is not grab and go as advertised, it's better. Room needs some work before guests use the room, make sure everything is working.

Poorly Maintained rooms

In dire need of maintenance. First room had no toilet available for use. Second room, faucet leaked all over the floor when using. In need of maintenance.
