Selalu cari hotel avid saat bepergian, kamar tidak berkarpet, banyak gantungan baju dan alat pengisi daya. Pilihan sarapannya singkat dan manis tetapi cukup banyak untuk selera saya. Harganya sempurna!!

Nice layout of this hotel which I never stayed at which I would again. It's a fresh new look on cheaper hotels. I do question the location while near interstate 81, it did need a road sign. I went by the hotel and had to turn around. we killed several stink bugs in our room. the floor in our room was dirty.

I had to switch rooms due to blood in shower. Housekeepers need to do better with bathrooms. Other than that the room was clean and very pleasant stay. I will stay again.

Excellent value for the money! We were in the area for a wedding nearby. Rooms were clean, even smelled nice, bathrooms were stocked with all that was needed. Beds and linens were comfortable.

Nice accommodation but the location with neighbors is inadequate to view from the bedroom windows. Need to place more trees and plants to block the view of ugly neighbors from the hotel bedroom window.

I am a loyal customer but I’m Very disappointed. A reservation that was cancelled ahead of time, I was charged for.
rancid pool and paper thin walls

went downhill vs staying during Labor Day weekend vs last year in regards to cleanliness.
mainly booked this hotel with 4 other families to use the pool after a day at sherando lake. unfortunately, the stench of sewage was too much when we entered the pool area and decided to play it safe. it's bad when kids plug their nose and start running the other direction. let the front desk know and he informed me that maintenance looked at it last week (!). one would assume pools are checked daily for water quality.
rooms also had paper thin walls and could not sleep due to hearing footsteps from above and from doors slamming.
2 stars instead of 1 as provided descent free breakfast and water/coffee station in main lobby.
will never come back.

Not a horrible hotel but not a 4 or 5 star. We checked in - the staff was great - they were a 5! The room we checked in had hair all over the floor in the bathroom and there were spill stains on the wall by the TV . The wonderful staff changed our room to a room on the same floor - this room was clean and comfortable - the walls also had some spill stains on the walls but nothing over the top . We were not fans of the shower door how it spilled water on the bathroom floor when it opened but the shower had great pressure. Breakfast was fine but very crowded- we chose coffee and left for the day - again not horrible but not what we expected for an IHG location.

My first stay at an avid hotel, little skeptical with no closet but I would stay again, spotless, and very friendly, helpful staff. Great rest after a long day of driving and waking up to a fresh delicious breakfast to face another long day of travel was very enjoyable!
