This is a great place to stay. The staff is very helpful. We felt safe especially since the police department also stays at the hotel.

El servicio fue excelente y no tengo nada sobre áreas de oportunidad o
Mejora en cuanto al hotel , imagen , y objetivos del grupo IHG, pero se olvidó un anillo con un valor familiar muy importante y al llamar al hotel la tensión fue buena pero sin solución ya que se hizo petición del olvido y la persona quedó en devolver la llamada para dar una razón después de contactar al ama de llaves , y esta llamada no llegó por lo que es importante seguir haciendo campañas de seguimiento a peticiones de usuarios IHG.

We received poor customer service, the hours for breakfast are different per day and they change without notice or consideration. The breakfast hours should all be the same everyday and at least for four hours like it is at all other IHG hotels we've stayed in from 6AM to 10AM. The cleaning staff is rude. The parking lot is unorganized. Too many cop cars in the parking lot. It seems like an abandoned police car lot. Not enough handicap spaces to park.

Este ha sido el hotel con el pero servicio de la cadena IHG en los que he estado, me hablaron un dia antes, para cobrarme, pague llegue casi a las 4 pm y no estaba lista la habitación, hable con la gerente y me dio la excusa que por tener alta demanda me tenia que esperar un momento le solicite el estimado de tiempo y nunca me contesto, me terminaron entregando la habitación casi a las 5.

No fuimos los unicos una famila a un lado de nosotros tuvo el mismo problema y el mismo reclamo.

Al salir quedaron en enviarme la encuesta y seguramente por saber de su mal servicio no me la enviaron. Por eso busque esta opción.

I initially stayed here with my family and we have returned 2 times already, this hotel it's amazing, clean , friendly staff and prompt attention from staff, good breakfast, safe and tranquil atmosphere, modern and cozy. We love staying at the Avid hotel and we have stayed in many others but this one is top number 1 . Thank you to the hotel and staff for making our stay like we are home.

El hotel es comodo, pero el personal es excepcional, Brizia y Joselin son increibles, nosotros veniamos de estados unidos y ocupabamos una medicina, me hicieron saber que ahi tenian algunos medicamentos, pero el que yo ocupaba era mas especializado, me ayudaron en todo momento, me sugirieron que para que no saliera lo pidiera a domicilio, me ayudaron a pedir mi cena con excelentes sugerencias!!! la verdad el compromiso con el servicio al cliente es increible!!!!! Una gran felicitación

Excellent hotel, 100% customer service, very good breakfast. Everything was very clean. The only suggestion would be to put small fridges in the rooms.
very close to the border and very affordable prices.

A true 4-star (practically 5-star) hotel

Service was great. Checking in was easy. The property is practically new. The parking lot is safe, and seems to be a shared hub for local police to take breaks for lunch. Lobby has plenty of seating and snacks. The beds were new. Linens were new. Bathroom was remodeled. New smart TVs. New HVAC system. New iron and ironing board. New hair dryer. I would almost rate this hotel a 5-star hotel if it weren’t for missing two necessary amenities. No fridge. No microwave.

This hotel was perfect for my family and I while we stayed. It was affordable and the room was the perfect size. It was overall very clean and the hotel staff was kind when checking in and out. They had a good amount of breakfast options as well. We will definitely be coming back in the future!
