Very nice hotel clean. Had all amenities accept bar soap. Had liquid soaps and shampoos and I prefer bar soap but other than that the hotel was great it is a very clean and updated hotel.

Everything about your hotel was lovely, except one blaring issue that should be addressed. There needs to be a shuttle provided to the airport for guests. Because of the size of this city, there are very few options and that becomes frustrating for someone who absolutely needs to get to and from the airport.

1st room shower was horrible. You had to reach with total arm to regulate water temp. I just had surgeries and could not stand to have cold water hit me while I tried to figure out how to get warm water. There must be a second door installed to turn on water.

Access to hotel due to traffic is horrible. We didn’t even want to leave to explore TC because it took 15 minutes each time attempting to turn into lot.

This was my first time hearing of an Avid hotel. It very nice right from the start. The lobby and market place were very well done. The tv being on in the room with a welcome for me showing my points total was a nice touch. I also always enjoy a nice big walk in shower. The room and shower were clean and well maintained. I will plan to stay here anytime I come to the area for work or pleasure. It was a great value.
Lastly, the front desk employee was welcoming, friendly and very helpful. She was excellent.

Fantastic hotel all around. When we checkin we were greeted by Sophia!!!!
Fantastic customer service she provided us. All the recommendations she told me and my wife were right on. From restaurants to seek seeing. She made our first time stay here so memorable!
Definitely recommend this hotel.

The view from our room was very nice. We enjoyed seeing East Bay of Lake Michigan when we opened the shades. We had requested a room with 2 queen beds, but the manager called and asked if we would change for the view and a king size bed. The room was small, and we were next to some vent or mechanical sound that came thru the ceiling in our bathroom. It was rather loud and never shut off, so we had to leave the door to the bathroom closed. We noticed less shelf space and missed the microwave. Our left turn into the hotel across 3 lanes of traffic was exciting too. Traverse City is so busy!

The staff here are wonderful! They were extremely helpful and accommodating. The bed and pillows made falling asleep easy -exceptionally comfortable. I appreciated the breakfast choices and fresh ground coffee.
