Bed not so comfortable.
Bathroom sink was clogged.
Limited breakfast varity.

Need a room for one night they help out a lot other hotels said they had no rooms a friend said go to this hotel very good .

We jad sepnt two night in Toronto at another hotel. The place was a dump,with smelly carpet throughout. We found Avid last minute. Friendly staff, clean room. Felt like home.

My family stayed here for 2 nights during the week. Check in was easy, as was check out. Our room was clean and had everything we needed and more. The bathroom had all Dove liquid products: hand wash, body lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. There was also a blow dryer, iron, ironing board and small fridge.
There was coffee and hot water available 24hrs hours in the lobby, as well as an ice machine and water dispenser. Breakfast was top notch with a variety of hot and cold options along with fresh fruit and fruit juices.
We highly recommend this property and will be booking again in the future.

We were impressed by how clean and bright hotel was. Staff were great. My only complaint really was every other day was the same breakfast. We stayed for 10 days.

We picked this hotel based on proximity to Canada's Wonderland (drive time less than 30 minutes). It provided everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The beds were comfortable, the pool was refreshing and breakfast was great! Our only complaint was the road noise, it took a night to get used to it and sleep through most of it.
