I don’t recommend staying here. Our room was a king and it felt smooshed together and not very welcoming. The staff weren’t very welcoming and very misleading at check in they gave us the wrong information. They said we were paid in full and good to go then later we saw they charged us 50$ and when I asked why they said “ oh they must’ve not have told you about the incentive fee”. I then had to ask if it goes back in the account and they said yes but it could take up to two weeks. We would’ve been okay with it if they were more respectful about it considering they didn’t even make eye contact.

Booked the room for my mother to attend a wedding nearby. The staff was excellent. Only issue, I had called to see if the rooms were furnished with a microwave.Was told yes they were(found out when she got there they were not) Went to the wedding, returned and was looking for a place for dinner. Staff was very helpful recommending nearby places. Rooms were clean with the exception of some beetles and centipede appearing critters. The beds were horrible too soft, she noted it felt like a bar sticking up in the middle of the bed. She woke up with a horrible back ache. Went for the breakfast and not much more there than bagels, cereal, fruits, and granola bars. Avid did not meet up to the IHG standards we are used to.

Have stayed at this property a few times and it’s been fantastic every time. The staff is great and the rooms are super clean and quiet.
We love having the EV charging stations on site. We look forward to staying here again when in the area.

Good location. Poor internet service. Tough to connect and very slow. Heard other talking the same thing. Breakfast selection was not to my liking. Coffee was OK. Rest of selections were poor. Good location.

Great stopover location. Employees are all very nice.
Inside is very clean and coffee station fully stocked.
Outside walks, patio could use a little pressure washing.

Every staff member we encountered was fabulous! They were helpful and friendly over the phone and in person. We cannot say enough good things about them!

Overall impressed with all especially cleanliness Would recommend installing hook for hand towel by sink and shower door to open opposite direction to have access to towels without having to step out of shower wet

I will NEVER return to this location. The Staff treated me less than a valued guest! The room was decent but the smell of sheets was less than desirable! I was too exhausted to change location after military training. Just disappointed!

This hotel was clean inside and outside. Easy check-in/ checkout. Beds were soft. The bathroom was clean and amenities were stocked. There is a mini fridge but not a microwave. There is one in the lobby though. They have a small shop in the lobby for snacks and drinks. Breakfast was decent. Egg wraps and Jimmy Dean biscuit sandwiches. Fruit, cereal, granola bars and oatmeal. A few other things.
