I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and the experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff greeted me with genuine warmth and hospitality.
The room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with every detail in mind for comfort. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the view from the window was truly breathtaking. Housekeeping did a fantastic job maintaining the room each day, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
Breakfast was another highlight—plentiful options, fresh ingredients, and attentive service. I especially appreciated the way the staff anticipated guests’ needs without being intrusive.
What stood out most was the personalized service. Front desk Mia was professional, friendly, and eager to help, making me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and will definitely be returning on my next trip.

Great Value for a Road Trip Stop

EVEN Hotels Wuhan Airport Zone is super close to the airport, so it’s a popular spot for transit stays. The location’s a bit out of the way, but the free airport shuttle makes things pretty convenient. If you're here for business or leisure, driving yourself is probably the easiest option.

The hotel is quite new — nicely decorated and feels fresh. Public spaces look great, rooms are big and comfy, and breakfast has a good variety.The staff are also friendly and energetic. My IHG membership was well recognized — thanks to the hotel for the complimentary room upgrade!

It’d be even better if they offered sweeteners along with the usual white and raw sugar in the room and at the coffee station. One small issue: some stains on the tiles and counters from recent renovations hadn’t been fully cleaned, which was a bit noticeable for such a new place. Hope they tidy that up soon.

All in all, a great stay — looking forward to next time!

物超所值、服务热情的一次住宿。酒店在运动健康方面的特色很鲜明，另外早餐也不错，前台也热情。除了位置比较偏且交通不便外没有任何的瑕疵。对了，大堂经理喵先生太可爱了！

. The Hotel is really new and with spacious, comftable and well equipped room .
The Shuttle service is a plus, it was a really great experience. The hotel personnel adjusted the shuttle time to my flght requirements and were really helpful in all matters.

I strongly recommend this hotel for their quality and service. The only negative point was the not many choices in the breakfast, but considering that the hotel was open some days before the visit, it is understandable.
