Honestly its not a pleasant stay. I shortened my stay plan and moved to the Wing On Corwn Plaza instead.

Excellent service at Even Hotel Zhong Shan. The Kitchen Chef Natasha creates very interesting monthly specials and provide very good variety. All check in counter staff are very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Phillip for arranging extended stay for me when Hong Kong was under typhoon signal number 10 last week. The room was very clean and the swimming pool is about 25meter standard size with kids play area. The gym was also clean and sufficient to spend 1-2 hours there. Lovely place and people. Last but not least, the location is great with a very modern and large shopping mall next to it.

The overall experience in this property is good. The staffs are all well-experienced and willing to help. However, the management of robot deliver service should be improved and double-checked by CON team or FD, instead of leaving it to the delivery man directly. // In this property I am not valued and hornored as an IHG rewards member. While all the Marriot / Hilton managed hotels will offer complimentary suite UPG for their high level members.

未知是否天氣連日下雨，是次租的三間房有兩間都有一陣霉味，及被舖及浴袍有濕濕的感覺。
其餘設施非常棒，地理位置很好，香港直通車就能到酒店門口，一下樓轉個彎就是萬象匯大型商場，行另一邊就是假日廣場，還有一條食街。

Thank you for reaching me out, the hotel overall is ok for the city at Zhongshan, anyway, here are what I want to express of my opinions during my stays in those 8 nights.

1. You can find the dust everywhere in your room? Pls refer to attachment pictures.

2. During my stay, I found one extra room card in my room? Front desk told me it’s because the housekeeper forgot to take it after they clean my room, it’s for electric only! But i am worrying somebody else get into my room without permission? Can you improve and use different kind of card for electric instead of the same one?

3. The floor smells smoking.

很滿意住在EVEN酒店,住了兩個晚上。
尚有進步的空間，就是床上的被子和枕頭有一點點潮濕的感覺。把它們弄得乾爽一點就滿分了。

I like this hotel very much, staff are so nice , especially staff in your cafe, I remembered their names: Emir Yang, Will Chen and Stark Feng, very very good services ！

ホテルの部屋は清潔で掃除行き届いてます。
従業員の挨拶、笑顔などいい感じで、対応もとても気が利いてます。
ショッピングモール、ローソンなどに隣接しており、困ることがありませんでした。

This is my first time staying at an Even hotel and I'm enjoying my time here so much that I extended my stay. The hotel itself is new and next to a shopping center with a supermarket on level B2. It has a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and outdoor area even if the weather isn't being kind to me. The room is comfortable, a little on the small side but that's ok with me. The whole block is new and there are a couple of small bars opposite but not many people yet. What surprised me is how friendly and professional all the staff are. Zhongshan in general everyone seems to be friendly. Ella and Jessica at the front desk always have a smile and are great to chat with. And Lisa in the breakfast restaurant always cheers me up even after a late night watching soccer. If you have a need to be in Zhongshan this is a very good choice. .

Their breakfast is a must, with good options and high quality.

Hotel is relatively new and awesome location. Walking to a mega mall.
