Family Reunion at the Even Hotel

The location was good. Parking was complimentary. My wife and I did not enjoy our room. The bathroom and sleeping space was dirty upon check in. We called the front desk and it was hours later before someone came. The towels were dingy. The water in the bathroom sink had one temperature. Scolding hot!
The best feature. The beds were comfortable.

I chose this hotel based on reviews and location, and it was the perfect place to stay to go to a concert at Tinley Park amphitheater. It only took us about ten minutes to get there. I was pleasantly surprised by the beds and the pillows. It was one of the best nights sleep i've had at a hotel in a long time. The only downside was the fridge in the room was tiny. So don't plan on bringing a lot of things that need to be kept cold.

We were delayed by construction traffic and had very little time to arrive at our concert venue. Caisha checked us in and volunteered assistance to get us there on time. We made it in time because of her. It wasn't just Caisha, ALL of the employees were attentive, respectful and genuine. A wonderful change of pace.

Hotel was nice. Great customer service but the elevator had issues and they were on it. Restaurant needed more staff for breakfast.

When this hotel was Holiday Inn
It had bigger walk in showers
The rooms were cleaner
And it didn't look like it was falling apart
Just went downhill since it became Even

Really great service, nice staff. From the front desk to the bar staff, we had great experiences with every person we interacted with. Comfortable and clean room.

From the moment we stepped into the door we knew we had made the right choice. The cleanliness, the smell, the smiling staff, the decor… Everything was perfect. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Will be looking this hotel up where ever we travel.
Needs better customer service and convenience.

No convenience for the customer. No continental breakfast, no coffee or tea, horrible selection for vending. Heat works but blows cold air when turning on and before it goes off. Tv kept cutting in and out. No fan in the bathroom. No microwave. Customer service definitely needs work. For the price of these rooms even is not very hospitable. The room was nice outside of the big yoga ball in way.

The room was disgusting. Stains on bed prompted us to look at the mattress. Bed bugs found! Ants crawling all over the floor. Horrible staff response. Would never return.
Off the interstate and sleep well!

Shopping centre near by and decent places to eat.
Beds are comfortable and work out equipment in the room is a major plus! Wish I could have stayed longer to try restaurant and pool.

Your staff needs to be more upfront and honest when upgrading or changing size of rooms and advise of availability. Waiting for the customer to check in and advise that there is no room available for our comfort is not good practice.
